I really believe that and it has nothing to do with race. The kid had no weapon and the officer shot off a number of bullets. To me, being punched does not constitute a life threatening situation and the use of a gun should be the last option not the first.
Are you just ignoring the portion of the story that doesn't fit your storyline? The part about hem wrestling over the gun and it being pointed towards the officer?
By your logic, he didn't have the right to shoot until already being shot at (which of course would likely have been too late).

The life threatening situation occurred when Brown turned around and started charging the cop. The autopsy report lists Brown as 6'5" 285. The cop told him to get down but Brown kept charging. The bullet that killed Brown is when Brown put his head down to tackle the cop. Anyone that is going to tackle a cop after trying to get his gun once deserves to be shot.
Anybody backing that thug piece of shit is a disgrace. Our officers put their lives on the line daily and this is what they get? Bullshit....this whole thing pisses me off to no ends. People like Kobe coming out and siding with that piece of shit is an absolute joke. Race had nothing to do with that shooting and had everything to do with that cop wanting to see tomorrow.

I deal with blacks all day long - they commit ALL the crime in this country so they attract the police - then they fuck with the police and the police then fuck with them - and I'm not saying blacks commit all the crime because they are black - I understand that poverty and other things like education and lack of family are the underlying roots
