Seymour I am white but I also dont judge a person based on the color of their skin. I live a few towns away from Newtown where 1st graders were slaughtered by a white kid and a town away from where a mother and her daughters were killed and burned, also by white guys. My point is that there are plenty of bad people out there of all colors.
I deal with blacks all day long - they commit ALL the crime in this country so they attract the police - then they fuck with the police and the police then fuck with them - and I'm not saying blacks commit all the crime because they are black - I understand that poverty and other things like education and lack of family are the underlying roots
You must be getting a nice premium on those properties to willingly be dealing with the dregs of society like that. In my limited rental property ownership experience, HUD/Sect8 is too much of a headache since they can inspect whenever they want and eviction is a much tougher process if the abuses aren't crime related.
He had a fractured orbit, likely disoriented, gross inflammation. Over powered perhaps the next blow to take out the other orbit? maybe the more exposed zygoma?.....I guess he didn't want to chance it?

Nick, percentage wise all the crime in this country is overwhelmingly committed by blacks - i understand skin pigmentation is not the reason - look at it like this - if you went to jail for a year u would be the talk of all ur friends and family - if a black guy goes to jail no one would talk about it - it's par for the course - too routine and common place - it was expected
seen the parents interviewed on charlie rose and these people are from another planet. they could care less what the evidence is they've made up their mind and that is that. i would not want to be their neighbor. not because they're black but because i'm white.lol. they obviously hate white people.
