Yea Tesco... I used to be into Hip Hop and Hardcore like shit when I was a kid. I have seen no less then 100 hardcore shows from Sick of it All to Grey Matter.

9:30 club - Safari Club would have some nice shows.

Did you ever see MakeUp or Nation of Ulysses?

MakeUp put on probably one of the best shows i have ever seen. and i have literally seen thousands of bands

Naw I never seen either of them. I mean it was so long ago I can not even remember all the shows I went 2... I don't listen to that stuff anymore.

I listen to whatever Hip Hop my friend who is a DJ burns me.

yeah they were mid 90's. oh well. DC scene is kinda quiet now tho.

can't believe yall left out Geto boys. The old shit was really cool. I also like all of outkast really old stuff. I still jam out to "elevators" all the time.

Yeah Del is Tight, he's doing that Gorrillaz shit with Automator...I hated it at first but the last album grew on me, as much as a Pop album can grow on a person.

We had the entire Hieroglyphics crew in town about 12 years ago for an outdoor music festival. Sick Show.

Nope not Rappers Delight (which is considered the 1st commercial rap album). You are correct that would be too easy.

Sick of It All just toured thru but not sure why. guess the youngsters still like em.
