Time to face the music.After a 29-10 run,I went 10-13 for the week and lost my biggest plays and they weren't even close.Insert insults here.
2*LSU-5.5 1*LSU-3 1st half
LSU has had some trouble getting the ball to Lloreda and Bass when teams go to a zone.The guards will need to play well to open things up.As for NO,they were dominated on the road by SEC teams Auburn and Miss.State.They will definitely lose the rebounding battle here.The Privateers are a perimeter oriented as their top 3 scorers are guards-they do not shoot the three well(29%) which is something they will have to do to hang in the number.As for LSU being disinterested in this road game,they lost at NO 2 years ago and Brady looks more unhappy than Saban so I don't think he will let his team take the night off this time.

Thought I would have to give a couple here.State has all you need to win this game-more size inside,Bowers is tough as nails,Stansbury is a better coach,home court edge on ESPN-I cannot resist.

Although I am not going to bet it,I think Alabama is going to take Arkansas out to the woodshed tonight,similar to what Auburn did to Ole Miss.Also thought about Creighton,but the road is eventually going to get them and the Panthers are tough at home.

It's tempting to take the home team -4,but I am going to lay off.The Gamecocks have played very well on the road with wins at Georgia,SW Missouri,Richmond,and Clemson.Granted,those are not elite teams this year.Overall,I feel the Gamecocks take care of the ball and are well-coached-it would not surprise me to see them win.

Going to go with my alma mater here,but I don't think it's a homer pick.The Mustangs are battle hardened having played Purdue,Wake,Ok.State,and Texas Tech.They are coming off 2 road losses at Nevada and Fresno,but they were competitive.Hawaii is on the road for the second straight game and are coming off a win at cellar dwellar San Jose.SMU is weak on the boards,but the Rainbows are not the team to take advantage.I have watched 2 Hawaii webcasts(home games) and knowing they are weaker on the road,have to go against them here.

The Aggies are off a good road trip,beating UCSB and Cal-Poly so letdown is a concern.I still see some line value here-I thought they would be favored by at least 12.This team is the class of the Big West and I will continue to ride them.

Have to play against Loyola-Maryland when they are 0-15 and banged up.Their "best" player was held out of the starting lineup last game and will not be 100% for this contest either.Another starter is also questionable.Canisius is not having a good season so hopefully they will be eager to add to their win total.
