There is a big move on Wyoming, but I think the number is too high now.Laramie is a tough place to play and the Flyers have been mediocre lately, but this game is important for them.

I am banking on the addition of Eto Onyenegecha to push the Matadors past Cal-Fullerton.

Miracle cover with Dayton and Northridge hung with Fullerton on the boards and got the win.I am on a 27-10 run which I hope can continue when I have to return to work on Monday.Anyway,Sunday's card is not very appetizing so I will be sitting out.Good luck to everybody that does play.

I like a lot of games at first glance and will probably post more later.

4*Rice-pick
I like this game better with Rice coming off a loss to uConn.LA Tech comes off a tough win against Tulsa..Rice,in my opinion,is a tourney team and will need to get this coference opener.LA Tech runs some 3 guard sets, but they don't shoot the three all that well.I saw them play Alabama(granted it was the season opener) and I don't see them having enough to beat the Owls.

2*Creighton-4
Bradley is still without Gilbert. The Braves were bombed by UNLV and struggled with Indiana State without him.Creighton has more of an inside attack this year, but they still shoot the three pretty well and they have good depth.

Also looking at Nevada. It seems the trip to the islands is not a big distraction for most teams.I have seen the webcasts and am not impressed with Hawaii outside of Kuebler.I want to pull the trigger on Fresno again because I think we are going to find that San Jose is going to be the WAC punching bag this year, but I am concerned about a letdown.Wisc-Mil. and Youngstown are also considerations.

Hey Low Tide wanted your opinion on Kansas -3 over Colorado .... not sure KU should be a road favorite at this point, but on the other hand the Buffs haven't been that impressive either .... my lean is to take the 3 with Colorado. Thanks.

Genosays,
The table would seem to be set for a big home victory. It's real tempting to say there is no way Colorado will lose 3 in a row at home, especially on Big Monday on ESPN but we know that means nothing in the gambling realm.

Colorado has definitely not been playing up to expectations, but they should like the tempo better in this game-Utah and Richmond play more halfcourt sets and tough defense while Kansas likes to get out and run.Morandais will need to have a big game for Colorado-he was invisible against Richmond. If they contain Lankford they should be okay-Harrison matches up well with Simean and the Jayhawks are not a good 3 point shooting team.I am not playing the game as I see a lot of other games I like better, but I can understand why you might lean toward the Buffs.

Good luck with all your plays.

4*Richmond+4(buy.5) 1*moneyline+135at OLY
I grabbed this at CRIS immediately as I expect it to drop.Undefeated St.Joseph's loves the three ball which is understandable as 5 of their top 6 scorers are 6-5 or under. They attempt over 21 per game.Richmond defends the three well(26%) and allows only 60 or so points per game.Zwayer is questionable for Richmond, but they want need his size as much this game. The Spiders play 10 -11 guys anyway and this will enable them to keep up the defensive pressure all night.I look for Richmond to control the tempo and get a big home victory.

Also looking at SMU to bounce back after Saturday's humiliation, but will not play it yet.Good luck.

Looks like you are right on St.Joe's,Texas kid.
Nelson is on fire.I still think Richmond will do a little better in the second half.Or I will go down with the ship.

Honestly thought Richmond had the style of play, situational advantage and enough ability to beat St.Joe's-really close wasn't it.Saw most people in the forum had the winning side so well done by you guys.Conference play is upon us and to me,picking games gets a lot more difficult.

2*Minnesota-2
This is a play against Penn State as Riley has now left the squad and they are essentially playing 6 guys. They have lost 3 of their top 8 players since the season started. This is not one of the stronger Minnesota squads, but I have to go with them here.Where else are they going to get a road win in the Big 10.

2*West Virginia+ 7
I have played on West Virginia a few times this year and have always felt they were the most underated team in the Big East. They have already knocked off Maryland and hung tough at Florida so don't think they will be intimidated by a Notre dame that has struggled all year, especially at home.WV has plenty of size inside and the gunner Schifano to win this game outright.

2*Dayton-12(buy.5)
Dayton is on 1-3 slide so I am sure they will take full advantage of this opportunity to pound on the Bonnies. Can't believe the Bonnies covered against BC-they were only outrebounded 48-22.Dayton should have an edge on the boards as well with waleskowski and the 7 footer Finn. This is the fourth straight road game for the Bonnies and the Flyers should get back on track.

Am also taking long looks at Vandy,George Mason(if Davis plays),George Washington, and South Carolina(unranked team catching 3 at home against ranked opponent-obviously after tonight's debacle I am a little hesitant about that one.

Low Tide about your Richmond pick,Big Richmond fan here,,thought you were on right side here, however Richmond didnt show up.Coach Wainwright pissed and concerned about freshman point guard from N.Y he is not ready for college hoops ,but this team has a world of promise.do not give up yet..ST.JOES NELSON TO SEASONED FOR RICHMOND TONIGHT.

Love your play against P State. They simply are not a good team. Although Minnesota has their own problems, I think they should win this handley. Notre Dame is another bad team. Good luck!

Real stellar handicapping by an obvious imbecile tonight.I only have one play so far,but I have not looked at the added games.

3*Utah State+3
I was surprised Utah State was not favored by 2 or 3.Other than that,I will not write any more because my analysis has been a joke lately.

Good luck to you guys.

I hate that I have a big card, but it's one of those days where I like a lot and love nothing.Hopefully,I will win 1 or 2.

3*Villanova-3.5(buy .5)
The Cats are off a home loss to Memphis and should regain their focus to take care of ND.

3*Georgetown+1
I know Georgetown has played a soft schedule, but going to have take a chance here with Schifano out.

3*Western Michigan-7
I have always hated laying points in Buffalo, but the Broncos have played well on the road. They have a home game with Marshall on deck, but hopefully they won't be too disinterested here.

3*Weber State-5
Idaho State can't play on the road,at home, neutral court, etc.Of course every time I say that about a team...

2*LSU-7
The Alabama team you saw collapse at Xavier is what you usually get when they hit the road, especially in the SEC.Don't think they can handle Lloreda and Bass inside.

1*Auburn-11
Auburn will control the boards here.Harper and Reed are a nice tandem, but the Rebels have a freshman point guard. Will be interesting to see how he does in his first SEC road game.

2*Washington Statepick
The Cougars deliberate tempo should give the Trojans fits.

2*Richmondpick
Expect a better effort from the Spiders after their no show against St.Joe's.

2*Stanford+5
The Cardinal have a team that will not rattled on the road in a big game.Stodamire is questionable for Arizona, and Childress is back for Stanford.

Also have leans on Pitt,Iowa State,Utah State,Penn, WGBay, Austin Peay,
SE Missouri,Rice, and Washington, but let's see how the day starts.

Can't believe this line went from 2 to 3.5 on a team that scored 15 ****ing points in a half.Hopefully,I won't get middled by these Hoya misfits.

I am bathing in red ink today, but will play some of my leans from last night.
1*Penn-2
1*Austin Peay-4
3*Southeast Missouri-4(buy.5)
2*Wisconsin-Green Bay-2.5

And will post one for tomorrow.
6*Rhode Island-2.5
This is as much as I play on a game. These two teams are similar in that they are both led by a trio of perimeter players. They are about even in most categories, but the Rams have a better rebound margin and play slightly better defense. If you play trends, then play Xavier because they have won 8 in a row in this series.I,however, think the Rams will be very motivated to end this streak.

Going to stick with the one play listed above,Rhode Island. If any of you guys think you have a gambling problem, check out the movie "Owning Mahowney"(it is based on the book No Limit). The guy was up 9 million
in one night and did not leave until he lost it all back.

Good luck today.
