I think manslaughter is fair here.

2nd degree murder? No fucking way

I agree. Listened to a lot of the trial. I would bet an appeal with be heard. Murder might get reversed. Manslaughter doubtful. Cop may have been an asswipe POS but he was guilty before the evidence was laid out there. Oh well......

Never gets old skimming the faux outrage from the principal shareholders in Rx/Stormfront law firm

Props to my ol' pal Seymour for quickly deducing that a clear audio&video snuff film is sufficient to define deliberate homicide

Here's hoping that in my lifetime we might still see the past 20+ yrs average annual deliberate killings of citizens by police (approx 1200+ per year) shrink to match the average annual deliberate killings of police by civilians (approx 45 per year)

Mostly agree, still it was a kangaroo court though. Sets bad precedent for future if they can just intimidate their way to a guilty verdict.

There is no question that half of the jurors pressured the rest into siding with them.

Probably used tactics like "You wanna be known as the jurors that left him off? You & your family won't be safe"

Listen, Chauvin committed manslaughter but let's not make Floyd a martyr.

I think there is a decent chance he gets the murder charges reversed. I think he should be held accountable for being a POS, but I also think this should have been a mistrial under further review. If you're going to convict someone, give them a fair trial. The external influences w

Chauvin should still serve time, but we shouldn't let Kangaroo Courts determine what justice means -- just to prevent Mobs and crudebars/woodstools of the world from burning buildings down

Have you seen the surging violent crime rates in major cities after the Racial Reckoning? Cops gonna have to shoot a lot more emboldened bad guys going forward.

This shit is fucked up. Nigga refuses to be arrested for a crime he commits after twice being given the choice to make it right by giving back the cigs or paying for them, which he refused to do. Fuck that punk. The world is much better of without him. They should give Chauvin a medal!

Can you believe a serial rapist was seated on the Supreme Court?

Barbanman is right,, the silliness never gets old

And Floyd is some misunderstood thug, it's all my fault he's a violent career criminal that ingested a bag full of drugs. I'm sorry

I said he committed manslaughter. That was all it was. This jury was intimidated into the 2nd degree murder. The mob still isn't satisfied. When are we going to have a conversation about not resisting arrest?

Was it crowded? Were people bummed when the verdict was announced?

Running, pulling knives, pulling guns, assaulting law enforcement, and having a rap sheet several pages long

Chauvin is an asshole, the thugs always having trouble with the law are far bigger assholes

It's an insight into one's soul and value system, or lack thereof, when someone chooses career thugs over law enforcement officers

Bizarre
