That's right, Trump warned us they were coming for the suburbs, and the liars denied it. But there it is...in black and white if this clusterfuck "infrastructure" bill goes through which has nothing to with actual "infrastructure" and everything to do with Obama's radical left agenda of "fundamentally transforming the United States of America!"

Yeah, I've read about it. Seems mostly symbolic at the moment, one thing they do is carrot/stick approach and don't allocate infrastructure $ to areas that won't build affordable housing. But most of those areas don't really need federal dollars anyway since there are amenities outside of those places and/or property taxes are high enough that the area has the needs covered.

As a MA native, trust me, one thing I have some faith in white liberals is that they aren't bringing the BBQ to their front lawn anytime soon.

If all or even most of this passes, and IMO they will, we will officially be a one party country, a socialist country.

We pretty much already are, and have been for a long time, even before and during Trump's Presidency.

Think of the control and power it took to use the Floyd killing to run roughshod over the county, intimidate, threaten, burn cities, loot hundreds of milliions of food & products, destroy est $2 billion in property, assault and injure thousands of innocent civilians and law enforcement officers... and kill 25 or more. This was done by flooding communications with an orchestrated narratibe, and showing an out of context/edited video version of what happened and not allowing the many truths to be revealed (Floyd resisted arrest significantly, was high on hard drugs, said he could not breathe before Chauvin arrived, Floyd had 11ng of fentanyl in his body ---3ng being a deadly dose), all of this was held from the media/press/social media giants all summer and up to the trial.

Small town municipalites' mayors and boards will be scared shitless to oppose the re zoning issues, no way they will fight the feds. Biden/Harris will punish red voting areas for intimidation purposes.

This is already happening to some extent, but with huge infrastructure bill funding the new regime will expand this into a massive national nightmare.
