me and rio had a good talk today, and tomorrow everything will be paid in full. We were at a misunderstanding, and came to an agreement. Finally this is all put to rest

Good to hear this worked out.Have never known Rio to be unreasonable.Let me just point out to the posters that a book that is being carefull,is also being carefull with thier post up money.Never have seen what is wrong with a book checking things out. They were not dicking this poster around because they didn't have the $,just being carefull.

I don't have a problem with a book thinking there is something wrong, and telling a cusotmer that they need time to review the account. However, the cusotmer should be told why the account has been red flagged. Furthermore, the customer should be garaunteed a specific time, that if no fraud has been found, the funds will be sent. Also a book should never lock an account. If a player is being accused by a book for fraud, the player should be allowed to log into his account to take screen shots if he wants to. Lastly, in this case, it doesn't sound like that many wager were placed. It should not take that long to "investigate." And if the GM isn't around, than the assiatnt Gm, should be empowered to handle the situation.

Being told taht your account is being investigated for fraud, is one of the most common tactics used by stiff books. And these "investigations" can go on for weeks. I'm glad Rio and Randy worked things out. I have no idea whther Randy is a legit player or a scammer, but I do know that Rio did NOT handle this properly. And they need to find a better way to resolve these types of issues.

I have no idea.

I guess neither party wants to discuss it.

I am sorry, I dont know what to tell ya.

I guess we have to look at it as if nothing ever happened.

Which is why I was saying everybody should wait and see what happens before accussing either party.

Case is closed. There was an agreement obviously between the parties and I do not even know the details. Not sure I need to know the details. Both are happy, why not let it go?

Fishhead was very accurate in his assesment of this post.

Case closed
