Belch,if you knew anything about the industry these days,you would know there is a lot of questionable shit going on in regards to bonuses and multiple accounts.I don't see where it is unreasonable to allow a book some time to check matters out.I'm sure it's unusual for a player to open an account and close it the follow day.Not saying that there is anything at all wrong with doing that,just unusual.I would not crucify a book for being cautious.As long as they do the right thing in the end is all that matters.
nope they never sent an email or phone call my account was frozen. When i called back for the details of my Western Union Withdrawal, they said my account has been frozen. Please keep in mind, they already took the money out of my account for the western union withdrawal, allowed me to bet a 1pm baseball game for 3 dimes, which i lost, and then when i call in at 4pm hoping to get the control number, they tell me i can have my original deposit back for now
I know all about the industry Judge and I've never heard of a book investigating anyone for "fraud" when the player loses; only when the player beats them. Regardless of when the player opens or closes the account, if they complete the rollover and the bets win then they should be paid with no BS. If there's a bonus issue then why don't they withhold only the bonus and pay the rest until they can make a determination as to whether the player deserves a bonus? The right thing should not only be done but it should be done immediately.
Plus Belch,there have been instances in the past with books finding out about things such as hacking systems,past posting and things of this nature.I don't know who is wrong or right,or even the circumstances here,but I do believe a book has the right to make sure everything is on the up and up in certain cases.

A. Made a fair sized deposit
B. Wagered on a Race that gave him a big return.
C. Made enough sports wagers with winnings to complete rollover requirements.
D. Is requesting balance be paid out.
If its anything even remotely along these lines then Rio is probably insuring everything is legit.
Again I am not accusing him but venturing a guess which is why I asked him about his Deposit amount and whether his first bets were on Horse races which he has yet to answer.

What's with the editing of my post bucsfan? It's no big deal to me but I see name-calling tolerated all the time in this forum so why not now? Does Rio's status as an advertiser mean they can't be slammed when it's warranted? I viewed the thread in the disputes forum and I noticed that Rio's representative didn't deny that they owed this guy the money. Therefore, regardless of whether or not RJ provides all the details of his wagers, one can only conclude that Rio should pay up and do so immediately. "Fraud"? It sounds to me like Rio doesn't have the dough to cover this and they're playing for time.
