"Most drastic changes to weather resulted in mass extinctions of species "

:):)

And his "proof" of this is a link to a paper that makes no such claim.

Remember:

Gullible social outcast akphi-idiot says, "80 years from now they'll be no snow in Aspen!"

His ugly-ass dyke cult leader says, "The past few warmer winters in Aspen means the snowpack is getting smaller"

Reality and current conditions in Aspen: snowpack levels 165% of average and COLD as hell!

It don't get any dumber than climate nutters and their laughable FAILED computer models. It would be more productive and efficient if the govt took all those wasted tax dollars and bought every American a Nintendo or Xbox instead.

Oh yeah, that EPA troll said the weather in Aspen is going to be like Amarillo, TX, by 2100.

What that idiot doesn't realize is that for the climate of Aspen to get to that of Amarillo, a temperature swing of 15 degrees and a 13-foot drop in annual snowfall would need to take place over the next 85 years.

Which is totally likely.

Sure it did. You are just really dumb, lol.

The vertical bars are the
intervals of reef gaps following
the five great mass extinction
events. Broken lines indicate
doubtful reconstructions. All
reef gaps, with the exception of
the Late Devonian, are probably
associated with rapidly
increasing or high CO2 levels

It's hilarious how you think 4 years of snow records in Aspen is at all significant to the argument of climate change.

Conservatives are really dumb.

There will be snow in Aspen 4 years from now. 10 years from now. 80 years from now.

You're an unbelievably dumb loon Weimar economist nobody takes seriously. On your best days you're a forum cartoon character. On your worst days you're so obnoxious and disruptive you get yourself banned, lol.

No, 2014 wasn’t the ‘warmest year in history’

Temperatures on the earth are in constant flux. They change with latitude, with time of day, with season, with weather; they vary from ocean depths to atmospheric heights, from the equator to the poles. Even assuming that the necessary raw data could be properly gathered, mathematicians must choose among multiple averaging techniques, which can yield flatly contradictory results.

Physically, there is no such thing as the “global temperature trend,” the authors conclude. Hence, “ranking this or that year as the ‘warmest of the millennium’ is not possible, since other averages will give other results with no grounds for choosing among them.”

As headline fodder, “warmest year ever” may be irresistible. As an unassailable reality on which critical public policy questions should turn? Be skeptical.

I completely agree. The fact we are still arguing about something that has already been proven is hilarious... but you are a conservative/libertarian. A cult that does not get phased by facts.

[h=3]NASA, NOAA Find 2014 Warmest Year in Modern Record[/h] Posted Jan. 16, 2015

The year 2014 ranks as Earth’s warmest since 1880, according to two separate analyses by NASA and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) scientists.

The year 2014 now ranks as the warmest on record since 1880, according to an analysis by NASA scientists.

The 10 warmest years in the instrumental record, with the exception of 1998, have now occurred since 2000. This trend continues a long-term warming of the planet, according to an analysis of surface temperature measurements by scientists at NASA’s Goddard Institute of Space Studies (GISS) in New York.
In an independent analysis of the raw data, also released Friday, NOAA scientists also found 2014 to be the warmest on record.
"NASA is at the forefront of the scientific investigation of the dynamics of the Earth’s climate on a global scale," said John Grunsfeld, associate administrator for the Science Mission Directorate at NASA Headquarters in Washington. "The observed long-term warming trend and the ranking of 2014 as the warmest year on record reinforces the importance for NASA to study Earth as a complete system, and particularly to understand the role and impacts of human activity."

Yeah but no one should have replied to the first post. The rest of it is really, "Gee, you're dumb lol." vs "you are so laughable it's pathetic."

Agreed.

I didn't chime in until post #8 so I'm slowly learning. :)

The earth has been through over 100,000 cycles of global warming and cooling. You can cry your eyes out, but the earth is still going to warm and it's still going to cool and there is not a damn thing you, NASA, or the collective effort of every single human on earth can do about it. Do you think we are powerful enough to stop the moon from drifting out of our orbit? Do you think the inhabitants of earth can stop this planet from wobbling on its axis? Just accept that humans are beyond powerless to cause or stop some things on this planet from happening and that, in the grand scheme of things, we're just temporary inhabitants, get over it. We're beyond lucky that the wobbling ended the ice age and allowed us to even develop into humans. Can we just enjoy the incredibly short time we have left on this planet without liberals whining about us burning fossil fuels?

Lmao!! This is the most uneducated explanation of global warming I have heard. The Earth is old so therefore humans can't do anything to change it? Hahahaha. Conservatives, gotta love them. The best is watching them try.
