Regardless of how much CO2 accounts for, adding more to the atmosphere can impact climate as proven by our understanding of CO2 and the greenhouse effect. This isn't as stupid as Bilal's claim that Global Warming isn't real because the Earth is old and climate has changed before, but it is still inexcusable. They understood this stuff in the 1800s.
