The funny part is, I get why dems were pissed at Comey. Hell yea, he had an influence on the election. How much, who knows? Wouldn't have changed anyone's vote that I know. The Russian bullshit? What exactly is the Russian bullshit? Anyone know?

That's the point. After 10 months of investigating there is no EVIDENCE of anyone in the Trump hirearchy or Trump, himself, colluding with any Russian(s) to influence the election. How deep does the hole have to get before anyone sane would say that there are no worms in the soil? That's what wasn't asked in the surveys cited above. How long is this investigation going to go on? Trump wants it wrapped up with a conclusion so that he can get it off the cluttered table of governing. Comey did not get that done. He also failed to open investigations into real issues that violated the law - unlawful leaks, and the unmasking and wiretapping of Republican Presidential candidates. You may have missed that Susan Rice refused to testify re these matters recently. There are your real illegalities and abuses of the public trust. Crickets from Comey. See ya. Get someone who has a spine, understands the law, and can manage and motivate men to do what's best for the country. Not either political party.

House *may* be forced to vote to fix AHCA

House May Be Forced to Vote Again on GOP's Obamacare Repeal Billbloomberg.com

If CBO score disappoints, they'd have to vote to amend AHCA or else it would be fatal under Senate rules. So they haven't sent to Senate yet.

All it would take is CBO projecting, say, 5 million or so people signing up for new, ultra-cheap insurance plans & getting tax credits. They raced to pass the bill before they got the CBO score, because when you have the votes, you vote. But the reality was they needed to have CBO score in hand before sending bill to the Senate. They could have waited.

It was a doomed from the beginning and most everyone involved knew it. It's collapsing under it's own weight and if not changed, the government will be running health care for all Americans.....which was the goal from the very beginning.

What the pro Obamacare people won't tell you is that there has been a very high cost to many Americans whose premiums and deductibles were so high that they passed on procedures (colonoscopies, dermatology (skin cancer), and other preventive procedures that would have normally had a much smaller co-payment. Unfortunately there is a cost (in lives) for skipping these procedures.

So yeah, people may lose coverage but the other side is the fact that insurance should become more affordable for most Americans....something that The Congressional Budget Office can't put a price on.

Um colonoscopies are covered for most people after 50 and every two years after. the people who were skipping colonoscopies now.would have been before.

CBO estimates that in states requesting AHCA waivers, premiums for low-income elderly enrollees would go up 800 percent. That is not a typo.

not exactly true

if the original test, which is covered, reveals additional testing is required, that additional testing is not required to be covered. I know somebody in that exact situation , he's declining additional testing because it's going to cost him 5k

I also know somebody that went in for a colonoscopy and they found out they couldn't do a traditional procedure because of scarring tissue and a 180 degree curve. She had to pay $ 600 for the alternative procedure

Exact same thing is true for mammograms, except it wasn't patients telling me this story, it was radiologists

Obamacare is literally killing people, while saving others. The Democrats think they as politicians get to pick and choose who wins and who losses, and a lot more people lose.

I pay 12k per year with a 12k deductible, only the bare minimum required by politicians is covered before the deductible (I have maternity coverage because I'm required to, fucking brilliant baby), yet people who pay nothing have everything covered

Can anyone tell me why politicians get to choose why some people get the best of everything for nothing while the rest of us pay more and receive less?

I don't think there is any question that ACA needs plenty of work, I'd just like to see the parties work together to fix it instead of removing millions from coverage. But everyone has their own agenda, so it isn't likely to happen

Have patience, you will get your wish eventually.

I suggest that we add more dollars to Healthcare and make it the best anywhere. ObamaCare is dead - the Republicans will do much better!
