Not knowing the words doesn't prove anything either way. Not a easy tune to memorize. And most of us aren't singers , so we're all going to look stupid trying to sing the anthem. The way Trump acts around the military and the vets tells you how patriotic Trump is. Not how he performs during the anthem
i hope your joking with this statement. The true test of an american being patriotic is going into the military, not whether he stands for the anthem or waves the american flag around at parades on the fourth of July. When that time came for president Trump to be patriotic for his country he put in for deferment many times so he would not have to serve in the military. So please give me a break on how patriotic the president is.

What’s your point? Are you a sheep and agreeing that it was fine for the President to butt in here? I’m not talking about fans or ratings or anything else. You think it’s right that he should tell the players how they should act while they are at work?

the sheep are the ones following the lefts narrative on all of this....I absolutely see nothing wrong with pointing out disrespect.. most of the country agrees

increasing the military budget instead of letting the military weaken under last administration tells a different story. BTW , everyone isn't going into the military..everyone can't or shouldn't.. I didn't. doesn't mean I'm not patriotic.. silly argument.. Would this country be better off today if Trump would've been in the military , or be in the position for this country that now is ?

He is not pointing out disrespect, he is telling the players what they should be doing. There is a big difference.

If a prominent person dies where all government buildings fly their flags at half mast, most businesses will also do the same but they are not required to. If you were one of those businesses that did not want to for a specific reason, would you be ok if the government came and told you that you had to fly your flag at half mast even if you did not want to?

Here's the funny part. This guy doesn't give two fucks about the anthem. If you can't see that he does this because its good for him politically then you have your head in the sand. I'll wager that most of us in this thread care more about the anthem then Trump does. I mean it looked to me like he didn't know the words to it during the bama/ uga game. He seemed to not know god bless america the other day. At the easter egg roll his wife had to nudge him before he put his hand on his heart. There is stories of him not even paying attention to the anthem back in his USFL days. I think that players should stand, however it doesn't upset me if they dont. Either way I have no doubt in my mind that I care more about the national anthem then he does but its literally probably his best political move to date as far as broad support so he keeps doing it.

Easy you are spot on with this post. This is the chance Trump has to get back at the NFL for when he "won" his lawsuit against the NFL and was awarded one dollar. if one doesn't see this then you are not to bright. This is what Trump does and always has done thru out his life. Get back at people who he thinks have done him wrong or went against him in any way, shape, or form.

Red, you're talking to a deranged liberal. Just read his moronic comment again:

What’s your point? Are you a sheep and agreeing that it was fine for the President to butt in here? I’m not talking about fans or ratings or anything else. You think it’s right that he should tell the players how they should act while they are at work?

There is a large segment of the population that simply does not think in any shape or fashion. They just regurgitate the controlled media. It's like Europe. The people would regurgitate the beauty of the Islamic invasion saying how wonderful it is, hold up signs of "Refugees Welcome".... and Wabash is one of those people. Then these millions of savages arrive and start destroying cities and raping your women.... and all of a sudden these liberals might (key word MIGHT) begin to think, "Well, maybe refugees welcome is not such a good idea"

That is Wabash to a 'T'.

The huge irony is then that these clueless clowns think that YOU are the one who is a sheep. It is absolutely hilarious.

It is like the climate accord agreements which are licensed government stealing from tax coffers. Imagine a 3rd world country that is part of this and ships out hundreds of millions dollars for this agreement.. on top of already being indebted to the IMF, which is running debt-based nation destroying schemes... and their politicians gleefully opt in to it. BUT THE KICKER IS THIS!!! YOU HAVE IDIOT FUCKING CITIZENS LIKE WABASH..... WHO WILL RANT AND RAVE THAT WE NEED TO BE IN THESE CLIMATE ACCORD AGREEMENTS.....

Do you realize now how these globalists just fucking laugh at these absolute sheep like Wabash? Then they pit these morons like Wabash against people who will think logically and say, "Hey, wait a minute. Is this good for our country?

This is how the UN works. They wrap things up in pleasant gift-wrapping, but the motives are the exact opposite. They appeal to positive human emotions and manipulate that to use it against you.

For example, if you oppose illegal immigration, then you're a bigot... If you're opposed to the atrocities of Israel, then you're an anti-semite.

Well then you must have admired Obama's reign compared to Bush. The eight years of Obama spent far more on the military than the eight years of Bush.

See, you won’t even answer the question because whatever answer you give will show you as a hypocrite. You deflected away from my point with every post you made. Baaa, baaa

How am I a hypocrite ? pretty simple for me. The public and Trump both don't like the disrespect of the NFL players. Boom ! Trump put them in there place, ratings went down.. Great. job well done.. You and the rest of the fools are crying about it.. time to move on

You're more like a pest , then a nightmare..
Even better. That means I’ve gotten under your skin. Only a person unsure of his argument would feel that way lol. So I’m going to assume your answer to my question is yes. If the government told you to fly your flag at half mast even though you didn’t want to you would do it because you should do whatever Trump tells you to do. Baa baa
