Very tough slate of games tonight. As the season comes to an end (10 games left) the books get real tight and accurate. I will not force anything, just to embellish a mini forum run. That having been said, I do like one game this evening. Carolina and Gonzaga start late in Memphis. Zags have depth and skill to almost match the talent of the Heels. Zags having to re-rally the focus after cruising through the WCC. Few will not back his troops off. They will sprint with Roy's boys. Fully expect this pivot, pass, tear ass nascar event to put up some big numbers. Could be a copycat of Memphis & Missouri. Both teams have serious defensive lapses in high paced contest. THUS:

Game: over 162.5 ONE UNIT

Will be observing early games and may have some 2nd half action.

Thanks CF, I'm on it. You are so right when it comes to not forcing plays and having discipline. We'll be standing by... BOL :103631605

2nd half Syracuse-Oklahoma offers up a decent play. 13 point halftime margin wil bolster the Sooner's outlook and serve to piss the Cuse off. Look for a highly spirited final twenty. When & if the game gets close, the foul parade lends itself to very underlayed number. 1st half was 70.5/71 at most shops. Now we get 78.5 in a game that was 152.5 at one time. I like our chances and fully expect the Orange to start competing. They may be forced to leave the zone, which they have done on a regular basis this season. The man to man will enhance the chance on this play. THUS:

2nd half: over 78.5 ONE UNIT

Excellent work so far chick's, missed your "got a hunch" plays all season man. Really like the over there in the second half, lots of value with all the missed opportunities in the first. GL the rest of the way.

Yes, I'm learning. I hit AZ /Lou over 74 2nd half, to go along with your excellent play. CF, I have to say that it seems as if you've already seen the games, and the rest of us are watching replays. Your analysis and insight continues to be exceptional!

Here's to rooting in scoring duel between the Zags and Heels.

Cheers :toast:

Both teams went through some dry spells in 1st half. I don't do middles in hoops. We have a winner.....don't turn a winner into a push -juice IMO...
Playing under in Carolina games is Russian roulette. 87 is a big 2nd half number, but the Heels do that for fun and Larry Drew will be a NC Superstar in the near future. Both squads as previously mentioned are lacking defensively. THUS:

2nd half: No play

Great advice CF; I saw it too late, but that's why I only played it for half the original bet. I wanted to be on the plus side when the dust settles. Looking forward to tomorrow. :toast:

Coop: Good to hear from you.

Seven games to go in the NCAA tourney. Many who have competed in the regional finals feel there is more internal and external pressure in this round, then in the actual final four and championship games. If one style eliminates those thoughts of pressure, it is the pressing, breaking whirling dervish style. No time for thinking or reading just reacting to one's instincts. In what many are calling contrasting styles, Missouri and U Conn go head to head in 30 minutes. The biggest factor in my eyes is the Tigers 40 minutes of hell style will neutralize Thabeet's inside presence. Small, quick teams take big men out of their comfort zone. Thabeet dominates the paint defensively and on the glass. I expect his overall control of this game to be much less. On the other hand U Conn has athletic skilled perimeter players. They will not wait fo the Big guy to arrive as scoring opportunities abound. If you notice, even in a moderate tempo, Thabeet is the last of ten players, to make transition most of the time. This pace will not be moderate. Fast, Faster, and Fastest for MO. Tigers have beaten Kansas and Oklahoma along the way. (Sooners just ripped the Cuse a new one last night) They are for real, IMO. U Conn against the most similar style in the Big East (Providense) tallied 94 points. THUS:

1st half: over 70.5 ONE UNIT

Game over: 150.5 ONE UNIT

Late with post as I thought these numbers would move in my favor,...to no avail-
