The Money Team Wins - Sunday NBA
Recap 1-1
NBA YTD 142-97 (60%)
Last 65 Days 61-39 (61%)
This Week 7-2 (78%)
Philadelphia -7.5 (WON)
Philadelphia 76ers are currently (25-10) inside the Wells Fargo Center this season, as I see them staying hot in this game. They have the advantage on both ends of the court, as they will slowly pull away throughout this game. According to dunksandthrees.com, the 76ers have the fourth-highest adjusted offensive rating and the ninth-lowest defensive rating. They will get the job done on both ends of the court and dominate in this game. The Wizards are only (4-6) in their last 10 and they've continued to struggle on the defensive end of the court. Washington won't get enough stops to cover the spread, as they only have the 20th lowest adjusted defensive rating and they are allowing the 16th most points per game. They've struggled to defend on the perimeter, as Philadelphia will get hot from the outside and pull away throughout this game. Philadelphia is scoring the 14th most points per game and they have the highest three-point shooting percentage in the league. They will score throughout and cover the spread at home.
Portland +1.5 (LOST)
This has been a disappointing season for the Portland Trail Blazers as they are 13th in the conference and 31-36. But they have had a lot of injuries and they have taken their toll. But right now they are as healthy as they have been in a while with both Simons and Jusuf Nurkic back in the lineup. They have been playing well on this road trip and nearly knocked off the Sixers Friday. Facing a Pelicans team that played Saturday night against the Thunder and may be without Ingram, I love their chances here. Plus, they already beat New Orleans in New Orleans this season. Take the Blazers here to cover.
