As far as John McAfee living there I don't know but it is suspicious and with what was posted by him about having a place in that specific area,
what he posted about files being released if he died, etc.

well I used to live on Normandy Isle which is off 71st street on Miami Beach - but now I live downtown in a condo - I can see the building vaguely with binoculars - I’m moving to Hollywood Beach (almost to Dania Beach)
