All of these TMs are ranked in top 60, but their schd is ranked higher than 60
Neb 61
Penn St 62

Boise 73
La Tech 79
Duke 81
UT St 83

If I understand this correctly
Team - Power rating - strength of schd
Penn St/56/61 vs BC/42/47 - Play BC
Cincy/50/93 vs Va Tech/51/48 - Play Va Tech
Colo St/48/98 vs UT/31/27, Play UT
Duke/45/81 vs Arz St/25/36, Play Arz St
Neb/27/62 vs USC/16/29, Play USC
Boise/33/73 vs Arz/30/28, Play Arz
I have Utah, BYU, N.C. State, Virginia Tech, Boston College, USC, Arizona, Baylor, and Arizona State. That is how I saw it. BYU is still a play even though their SOS was higher than 60.

BYU would NOT be a play cause they are themselves a top 60 team but Memphis is worse (Of the top 60 Sagarin-rated teams, FADE EVERY team ATS whose strength of schedule rating is 60 or worse unless they are facing a team whose SOS rating is even lower than theirs)
I believe Memphis is the go AGAINST. The play is ON BYU. Memphis is a top 60 team with a SOS worse than 60 and worse than its opponent's SOS. "lower" is a bad word to use. The intent is "worse".
I posted the plays initially. There seems to be confusion on BYU/Memphis and Ill/LT. Based on past plays, we still play against LT and Memphis as they are top 60 and an SOS that is worse than their opponent.
the plays this year appear to be fading:
Michigan St
Nebraska
Boise
LaTech
Memphis
Duke
Colorado St
Cincy
