Well, to tell the truth (so help me Buddha), since about Page 2 of this here Thread I'd been giving strong consideration to Moving it to the RR....But we're having too much fun with it right now in an otherwise kinda stale topic PoliticoPub.

when we first got married she had to be taught how to be corrected...correction is love didnt you know...if you love your children you will correct them...I bet you correct your dog...so wouldnt you correct your children or wife to whom is of more value to you.

1. It seems to me you object if a woman wants to gladly obey her husband or you have made fun of me for it... How come...
2. Do you think children should obey their parents...yes r no
3. Instead of being so vague about how stupid my ideas are...please show me which ones you apporve of and which ones you disapprove of...so we can have a real straight up disscussion about them like 2 mature adults...can you do that...or will you do that.
4. There are 46 of them...which ones do you like...you must like some of them...surely there is at least 1 drop of integrity and wisdom in you somewhere.
Actually I'm pretty sure I've never once in this Thread said that any of your personal ideas were "stupid".
Though I have teased quite a bit at the absurdity of attempting to implement most of them within the United States of America, I don't wish to dissaude you from your personal vison of what would make a better world.

As for the mention of women and obedience, I don't object to any woman doing what she wishes to do as long as she's not doing it under threat or undue duress. In that case, it's likely not so much obedience as it is self-preservation to avoid being harmed by her husband.
And I'm not qualified any longer to comment on how children and parents should best interact since my two are grown adults now, living happy, healthy lives.
I do know that in the years we lived together I can't recall any notable disobedience on their part to anything I asked them to do.
I guess if that happens in a household, it's probably a real drag for the parents.
But then again, I'm betting that most kids will gladly respect the wishes of parents provided the parents themselves are worthy of respect.
