"You hate him because he represents a lot of things that you don't like in a President.
Live with it!
If Kerry is elected, I'll support him just as I would with any President! He is, after all, the duly elected leader of the USA."

BB,

When Kerry is elected, I will surely have problems with him and not respect many of his decisions. However, if the supreme court gives the election to a developmentally challenged, condom poster child, I will surely have disdain for that individual for decades.

"Wil, kaya, darwin, Lander from the left, Patriot, Gameface from the right, and the rest of you extremists who want to do nothing but bash!"

Lol, thanks for the laugh, of all the things I've been called in my life, extremist, I literally laughed out loud at that, thanks.

I'm a moderate and don't particularily affliate myself with the Dems, I primarily oppose Repubs as a matter of principal because of their standard unethical economic policies.

Am I pissed off at bush2?
Well of course!
I don't like being lied to by our leaders about why we're going to war.
I'm concerned about the insane amount of money that's being spent in Iraq that bush2 in typical repub fashion will leave to some future generation to clean up especially considering that we never should have gone in the first place.
Finally I'm worried about what's going to happen with Social Security and baby boomers once dumbya is done raping the economy and incurring debt.

bb,
You bla bla bla on and on about the "beef", deny known fact (bogus signatures for example), present no counter proof and as a matter of fact won't even answer direct questions directly, in short it's a waste of time to try and debate with your circular, small minded, self serving, supposed logic.

anyone else here think it's blatantly obvious that dubya is mentally challenged? A known drug abuser, a spoilt rich brat, a (war) coward, someone with just about 2 years working experience... what a cv for the u.s. president.

Well, at least if he gets elected, americans will have no one but themselves to blame if the rest of the world will consider them as either extremely dumb or extremely masochistic. And we ll get another few years of utter verbal wreckage, spitting gums in hand while signing world treaties, coining words such as suiciders and misunderestimation, and being a complete jerk off, as well as, brutal imperialistic foreign policy, complete diregard for any sense of world community and disrespect for such institutions, hugely inadept financial policies, utter negligence of the environment etc. etc. etc.

I am curious,

How many of you believe Bush could have a positive money count by the start of final jeopardy?
I think that the one $200 Question that he knew, he would forget to phrase it as a question and stare at Alex blankly as his time wound down. Then, after the buzzer would give one of his chimp looks prior to his score decreasing another 200 points to a minus 4200.

This election is about who you're voting against.

I cannot wait until the election, it is going to be so fukin funny to see all you cry babies when Bush wins. The excuses, Bush stole the election and all the other non-sense. I would'nt miss it for anything. Kerry stands for nothing, except aquiring power. Kerry will lose.

There's a very strong indicator that Bush will win fairly easy and I'll release that info after I get down on Bush after the dems convention.

Gameface, you act like someone's going to care about your "indicator". We get it. You don't even want to imagine the prospect of Bush losing so you'll do whatever necessary to convince yourself that it won't happen.

I have no delusions. I know that Bush might win. It's too close to think otherwise. It's close now, it'll be close next month and it'll be close on election day.

D2,

Bush sweeps the battle ground states, that's fairly easy, IMO. This indicator is solid. If you honestly thought about it you could even figure it out.

"Indicators" don't mean jack in a tight election like this one or in 2000. What di your "indicator" say in 2000? Bush? If it did, then it was wrong unless it had factored in butterfly ballots LMAO. If I had to guess, your indicator is that Bush is going to win Missouri and Missouri has voted with the winner for 150 years or so. Ho hum. Doesn't tell me anything. Like a sportsbetting "trend" that doesn't necessarily continue to apply.

My analysis is based on the electoral map. I posted it another thread. Anything short of such a state-by-state analysis is weak.

D2,

The media and polls told us Bush would lose by 5%+ it didn't happen. They even aided and called Florida early to assist Gore.

The media and polls told us the dems would take senate seats in 2000, the dems lost miserably.

The polls and the media told us the 2002 Florida Gov race was very tight and the dems were going to get out and vote and take back Florida, Jeb wins in a landslide 59%-40%.

I see it turning out like my examples above, they are factual events. You may not agree with me on how I see the Presidential election, but I hope you can admit the recent trend of the polls and media hoping for an outcome that is just not there in the end.

Gameface, maybe my memory is faulty (I don't think so), but I could swear Bush led big in the polls in the runup to the 2000 election and everone thought he had it in the bag. Can't remember quite when I got it, but I had Gore at +200 last time around. I remember I had 50 to win 100 and back then that was a lot of $$$ to me.

As for calling it early, they simply went by the exit polling they had which had always been accurate before. Of course we know why it turned out not to be "accurate" in Florida.

In a perverted way I'm kinda looking forward to Mr Bush winning.
Americans need to learn just how crazy and twisted things can really get if you have a pig-headed right wing buckeroo running the show.

If Kerry wins, he'll just try and clean up the mess George made trashing the place. Bor-ing.

If George wins, he will go for a diplomatic and international wipe out of history making proportions.
Yee-haw!

(He reminds me of slim pickens riding that missile in Dr Strangelove.)

I noticed the celebration has gotten mighty quite over here, the threads been a ghost town. The DNC had a terrible showing last night. The ratings for the DNC opener was the lowest in modern history. Reruns of Leave it to beaver did better. I'm actually shocked it was such a miserable failure with Clinton speaking. I thought Kerry would get a 7-8% bump out of the convention. It's obvisious no one believes a word they say. Americans do not want to revert back to the Clintoon ignore the problem and they'll go away days. It just goes to show you that lashing out hate towards the President does not excite America to support Kerry. I believe it harms Kerry every time someone like moron or whoopi lash out.

Today we face the greatest test of our generation, defending our nation from a depraved, malevolent force that opposes our every interest and hates every value we hold dear. There was no avoiding this war but we will survive. Our enemies must not.

In this challenging time, I am grateful for the leadership of President George W. Bush and his steadfast resolve in defending our nation. He has led this country with moral clarity about the stakes involved and the strength to achieve unconditional victory.

Our President has not wavered in his determination to make this world a better, safer, freer place. Our nation must not yield in this long, tough fight to vanquish international terrorism and with George W. Bush as our President, it will not.

My friends, this is the most important election of our lifetime and I wouldn't be writing you if I didn't firmly believe in President Bush's leadership and the need for his re-election in these challenging times. As Democrats gather in Boston, I am asking you to demonstrate your strong support for President Bush by making a contribution to his re-election campaign at www.GeorgeWBush.com/JohnMcCain/ today.

To the work of many American generations who protected our interests and championed our values abroad must now be added the defense of our freedoms here at home from a clear and present danger. We are very fortunate that in these challenging days we have a President and Vice President that have demonstrated time and again the determined, clear thinking necessary to prevail in this global fight between good and evil.

With your continued support and hard work, I am certain that the President's campaign will prevail this November.

www.GeorgeWBush.com/JohnMcCain/

Thank you for your belief in our nation and your strong support of President George W. Bush.

Sincerely,

John McCain
U.S. Senator

P.S. As the Democrats continue their attacks on our President, make sure you show your support for President Bush by making a contribution of $1,000, $500, $250, $100, or even $50 at www.GeorgeWBush.com/JohnMcCain/ today.

hey i am against the idiot that we have in the presidency and the idiots who are in the frontrunning. I believe it was me who asked for another choice. I don't like the ones that we have.

It's not a matter of Bush winning or Kerry winning it is just one idiot after another. I asked for things that Bush has done for us and someone came up with 9 biased answers. You respect the President because he is the elected official in the oval office, understood. But is he respected for his leadership..... or his title?

the upcoming elections - All I see is a couple of guys who we don't really know running for office. We have to search to find out what kind of dirty dealings they have done and judge which candidate has done less dirty deals and elect HIM. Thank you sir may I have another!
