I thought McGovern/Shriver was the most liberal ticket ever. You must be a young pup, Gameface.

Funny one, "my boy" Dukakis. I didn't vote for him because I respected George Sr. Besides it is pointless to compare races between two challengers and when an incumbent faces a challenger as the dynamics are completely different. I don't respect this idiot and I think there are plenty of people that are in the same boat. I thought Junior would do a decent job and actually live up to his "compassionate conservatism". I thought it really was a case where the Republicans were going to moderate because they wanted to win the White House. I voted for Junior and he has done nothing but piss me off so bad I feel no choice but to vote Kerry and hope for gridlock. I think when people tell the media they are turned off by the process they are in my situation. Forced to vote for the lesser of two evils. So don't tell me anyone of these liberals is "my boy".

What a crock -
What has Bush done that's so bad?

The Pharmacy bill, that 8 years of Clinton couldn't pass?

The war - a reaction to 911 and the future securty of the USA - that many Dems went along with?

The tax cuts and money in my working, middle class wallet?

Capitol gains cuts that will hopefully be there when my 401K matures and I start using it?

The improving economy?

Just as the right was full of crap for reviling Clinton - who, except for a little sex and perjury, wasn't a terrble president (defense of family act and welfare reform), all of you left wingers are full of crap for doing the same with Junior.

The idiot just sat in his chair frozen unable to move in a Fla. classroom when told the USA was under attack.

No Chuck quit spinning...he was told a plane has just hit the WTC...BIG F_CKING difference. Nobody knew what the hell was going on when the first plane hit. It could have been an accident. Should he have given an order to shoot down all planes in the sky? More b.s. from the loonie left which you continue to quote from, but claim you're on the other side.

As for your balanced budget, let's remember we are coming out of a recession and an attack on the homeland! Non defense and non homeland security spending has not grown at an exhorbitant rate (think it was less than 5% but don't recall) Oh and by the way...the economy is rocking!!!!!

SENDITION, you are talking out of your ass again. Bush was told BEFORE he went into the classroom of the first aircraft hitting the tower. Instead of finding out what was going on Bush decides to go ahead with his photo-op. While he was in the classroom a aid rushes to interrupt him reading to the children of a 2nd aircraft hitting the WTC. The clueless moron sits frozen in his chair biting his lip looking around the classroom. He then proceeds to finish reading "My Pet Goat".

Again Chuckie Moore the spinmeister strikes again. NOBODY KNEW IT WAS A TERRORIST ATTACK WHEN THE FIRST PLANE HIT THE WTC. IT COULD HAVE BEEN AN ACCIDENT. He wasn't told the country is under attack like the left tries to portray. AGAIN CHUCKIE NOBODY KNEW.

But of course your boy Lurch would have leapt into action and shot down every plane in the sky right?

SENDITION, Facts are facts. The clueless moron sat frozen in his chair when told the USA was under attack. When the press asked why did'nt the Pres. get out of his chair, the spokesman said Bush wanted to show an "air of calmness". Thats the clown you want to vote for? Not to mention the massive debt Bush and his cronies have run up. But at least Bush saved us tax payer $ for stopping stem cell research cold on religious grounds.

Sky,

They're a photo finish tie for first. Both tickets are extremely liberal. Kerrys voting record in the Senate shows him to be the #1 most liberal senator and Edwards being around only a short time is #4. Given time Edwards could have surpassed Kerry. All indications are that Edwards would have lost his seat in the senate so we would have never known.

Mondale won 1 state if I remember correctly. I see Kerry doing better that, but losing all the same.

moonlight,

I remember clearly what clintoon and carter did to this country. Come November Americans will also show they remember what liberals do to this country when they take power.

This terrorist problem should have been cleaned up by clintoon, however he choose to ignore the problem and has left the heavy lifting up to President Bush.

I'm voting for Kerry because regardless of what you think about each of the "married white male, went to Yale" candidates the fact is that if Kerry and Bush were alone in a room, Kerry would come out in five minutes smiling and Bush would come out in 30 minutes on a stretcher.

if you choose presidents on who is the better fighter then you have to go with Bush. Kerry does not want to go out and PROACTIVLY defend the USA against terrorists, whe would rather sit at home wait for the next 9/11 and then go on the offensive, maybe.
So if the pussy factor is your way of choosing presidents then a hawk like Bush JR has to be your choice.

Dubya will win this election

Should he? Well, should he have won in 2000?

Right now Kerry is doing well in the polls because it is not the "right" thing to do to say you are voting for Bush. So some people are saying they are voting for Kerry to make the pollsters happy, but when they get into their secret voting booth they will cast a vote for Dubya and once again he will win an election he had no business winning.

A hawk is someone who can do the fighting for themselves. Kerry volunteered for combat back in the 60's, something you rarely see from rich guys; he also took some serious lead in Vietnam. Bush (and Cheney, Rumsfeld, etc.) all somehow managed to avoid seeing any combat. I'd rather be in a foxhole with just Kerry than with all three of the aforementioned.

Sending our kids out to die on false pretenses without sufficient reason isn't being a good fighter. It's easy for him to send someone else's kids to die. Nothing proactive about starting an elective war that creates more terrorists than it kills. That's just stupid.
