They won't let me conduct any new transactions, and the funds have been frozen for six months.
Don't worry, their are solutions.
I can issue refunds to everyone, so I can send everyone who paid me via pay.pal $ 500 back. Those people would then have to send those funds to the winner. If the winner is not comfortable with that, I'll pay via check or Zelle with my own funds and wait until March or so to get my money from Pay.pal (six months after I was paid)
I owe somebody $ 50 and reached out for payment options, haven't heard back. Can't do pay.pal
Zelle or check is best for me right now, although I'm going to look into everything that's out there and open up more options when I have the time
dang what a bummer! For me I would prefer the payment from one place but as long as everyone paid than I think either way should be fine.

most regular season points - 500
1st - 3000
2nd - 1500
3rd - 1000

Glad to see it goes off points and not record as fantasy football is generally so random and pts is the best indicator of how strong of a season you had as you can’t control who you match up against and your points against.
I know that's the way it is. Not complaining. Usually over a period of years it evens out. We used to have the same argument every year in my home league over points and head to head. We eventually went to a system called victory points which is kind of a combination. We're just a 10 team league. Every week you have a possible 9 points. You get 3 if you win head to head who you are playing that week. If you finish in the top 3 in points you get an additional 6 points for a total of 9. If you finish in 4th through 6th in points that week you get an additional 3. Bottom 4 you get nothing. In my opinion in that league if a win was counted as 6 points so you could get a total of 12 it would be a more pure balance hybrid between points and winning head to head. This system really works pretty good in my opinion but I'm not advocating it for this league. I don't think it would fly. I still think putting more importance on head to head is better but that's my opinion.
A few leagues im in does league median each week and I think that works pretty well. So you play against your opponent head to head but also play against the league median each week. 2 pts are available weekly. Makes it a bit more even if you get screwed on schedule.
Not sure it should replace PF as top indicator but it does make it a bit more even on who makes the playoffs for the year. Even if you got unlucky and got the most PA you were also playing against the league median each week so it helps even things out.

haven't been posting in this thread. Been busy this year. But wanted to come by and say nice season guys.
