SO despite no deaths nor hospitalizations, the NBA is forcing him to take an experimental vaccine into his body that has not been tested adequately at all (most 5 yrs, this one a few months) that has legal immunity, should something go wrong, you cannot sue the manufacturer.

One of the keys to our healthcare system is that you can sue the doctor, a nurse, a hospital, a clinic, a pharmacy, an insurance company... this ensures performance by all parties, sure some fail or cheat but they can be punished... the vaccine companies have no worries.

It appears that he'll only be playing road games this season. The Nets seem to be supporting him at the moment. I wonder if Ben Simmons/Kyrie is a possibility with Kyrie's stance on the vaccine and Simmons insisting he won't play for Philly.
