He is not dead.

How is that?

Because he is still on set filming, especially in scenes with Jesus. So Glen is ok.

They are doing a test drive temp check.

What I mean is Gimple is playing with the audience now, as they are likely still trying to decide which of the Atlanta Five will get Lucille'd in the season finale.

Either that happens in the season six finale, or it will be the premiere of season seven.

If I were the show runner, I would have them all lined up and save it for season seven.

But we shall see.

My bet is that Morgan meets Lucille.

But if they really want to impact the fan base, then you take Daryl, and let Negan crush his skull inside and out.

Lots of choices for Gimple and co to mull over these next few weeks.

It is a cheap move to toy with the fan emotion by bringing Glenn back from the death but you think he would die in a more heroic fashion. Was Rick bitten? Is he gonna chop his own hand off? Zombies are closing in and he is out of bullets, Daryl will come the rescue maybe...

Rick cut his hand with the blade.

I would say it is heavy chalk that Rick keeps his hand.

Kirkman is on record.

Kirkman said his biggest regret was taking Rick's hand off in the comic book series. So I do not see Lincoln losing it in the tv series.

It would cost alot of money for Amc to have Andrew Lincoln's hand missing, so I think its just a small false easter egg if you will.

What I do believe is that they are testing the waters to gauge reaction, for when one of the Atlanta five dies from the swings of Negan.

That should of course be Glen. Which I am fine with.

But I am betting that Gimple does not want to go that route, and will have Negan elminate either Daryl or Morgan.

Daryl would have the greatest impact for making Negan the utlimate villain that he is.

I'm leaning toward Glenn is alive as well. I was expecting that he will die trying to save Maggie or they both die at the same time. Big red flag on Sun was no one saw him dying so his group wouldn't know he is dead or alive if he is indeed a dead meat. I think AMC is pulling that little trick then surprise everyone and Glenn would probably be the only guy in the show who is able to get away from the army of walkers on top of him.

Morgan will meet Lucille IMO. He's the moral compass now, and it will make sense when they don't kill Negan and put him in a cell cause that's what Morgan would have wanted.

Probably my least favorite episode ever

Especially following the brilliance and cliffhangers of the first couple episodes.

Also that goat getting killed is total bullshit

The only way they could have trolled the fans any more would be a 2 hour origin episode on father Gabriel

Why? Because they didn't provide instant resolution to the Glenn & Rick cliffhangers?

Game of Thrones does it all the time --- they'll leave characters for 2-3 episodes (or heck, the entire season).

I think it's rather obvious that Morgan will become an important character (and he'll become the counter to Rick's increasingly ruthless ways). Last time we saw Morgan, he built a mini-fortress in that town, and he was playing a personal game of Call of Duty.

Then he arrives in Alexandria (months later, years later?), and he's a pacifist stick-wielding warrior. Why? How did that transition occur? I think it was important for the show to tell/explain his transition. Maybe it didn't require an entire episode, but it certainly required more than 2-3 minutes.

I liked it... But I wish they showed Morgan with his kid as a walker, which is pivotal to the character in the comics... lots of the episode seemed filler, understandable cause 1st 3 eps were wild

So was that Glenn that said help at the end of last week's episode?

Those people WERE part of the saviours, the guy's name is Dwight, the chick is Sherry. They were running away from the saviours which are headed by Negan, because they are done kneeling. Kneeling is basically surrendering everything of value to Negan, including your wife, for sexual favors. OMFG Lucille is coming.
