The odds of having a 9 game losing streak, even if you claim 50-50 odds of picking (which isn't the case with Lang as I've said before), over 365 events/attemps is 29.7%
In a series that big, a lot of people don't realize that losing (in Lang's case) or winning 6 in a row has a probability of 94.7%. It's sort of amazing. The break point where it's uncommon is 8, where there's a 50.8% probability that if you picked a game each day of the year, you'd have either 8 wins in a row or 8 losses at some point.
I don't bet every day or even close to it, but the longest streak I've had losing I think is 6.
With round robins I've hit 10 selections in one day, and had like 40 RR bets that all hit, lol, so I'm sure I made 6-8 at some other point that were all duds.
