The Pick: My 100 Dime winner is the Tampa Bay Bucs.

The Line:
The current line is +3 in Vegas and offshore as of 10:10 am EST. Be sure to shop around for the best line available.

Note: If your line is anywhere from +2 1/2 to +4, I advise buying the 1/2 point up on Tampa Bay.

My Analysis

I will go against them again.

When I watched the 6-1 Eagles go into Washington week 8 and struggle to beat the Commanders 38-31, I called them the most overrated team in the NFL.

Over the next 3 weeks they won 3 games they had no right winning: Dallas at home 28-23, at Chiefs 21-17 and Bills at home in OT 37-34.

At 10-1, the world was on their jock like they were the best team in football but not me. At best they should have been 7-4 or even 6-5.

And I have sat back and watched this team finish the season 1-5 with blowout losses to good teams and embarrassing losses to bad teams.

San Fran blew them out 42-19, Dallas blew them out 33-13, they threw up on themselves at Seattle in the last 2 minutes to lose 20-17.

Laying 14 at home to the Giants, they struggled in that game winning 33-25 and that carried over to the next week at home losing to the then 3-12 Cardinals 35-31.

And lastly, they finish the season losing at Giants 27-10.

Folks, you really dig down deep and examine this teams' 11-6 record and it's no stretch to say 8-9 and not making the playoffs was on the table.

I will go to my grave saying they never should have beaten Dallas, Chiefs and Bills.

You can't finish the season the way they did and just all of a sudden turn it on like a light switch, show up in Tampa and win tonight.

Especially with a defense that has gotten absolutely exposed by everyone.

As for Tampa, after the 27-20 loss at Indy dropped them to 4-7, they did what they had to do to get in the playoffs: they won 5 of their last 6.

Yes, they won ugly the final week of the regular season at Carolina 9-0 but the fact of the matter is they won and pitched a shutout while doing it.

And did you see what the Packers did to the Cowboys on Sunday??? This Bucs team went into Green Bay week 15 and blew them out 34-20.

I have called this Eagles team the most overrated team in the NFL week 8 and I said they would not win their division and I said they would lose in the first round.

Well, they didn't win their division and tonight they get bounced in the first round.

No AJ Brown, no defense and a clueless coaching staff. Add it up and it equals season over.

I told you about playoff home dogs when I handed you the 150 dime winner on the Texans on Saturday.

Let me give you those numbers again.

Wild Card home dogs are now 14-4-1 ATS since 1980 including 8-1-1 when seeking revenge.

Those numbers are good enough for me.

This home dog gets you the money tonight.

My Analysis

This team is going to make some noise come March.

No, not St.Johns, although I believe they too will be feisty in the tourney but I am talking about Shaheen Holloway and his Seton Hall Pirates.

After a stunning home loss on December 9th 70-63 to put them at 5-4 on the year, Holloway changed some things offensively heading into the Monmouth game 3 days later.

He started running his offense through Kadary Richmond and his Pirates have gone 7-1 since with the only loss, at Xavier 74-54, a game Richmond hurt his eye.

It started by knocking off UConn at home 75-60 as an 8 1/2 point dog, Marquette at home 78-75 as a 5-point dog and at Providence 61-57 as a 6-point road dog.

They are currently riding a 4-game winning streak and are coming off the 78-72 win at Butler as a 4-point dog.

Now back home they catch St.John's coming off a heartbreaking loss at Creighton on Saturday.

Rick Pitino is doing wonders in his first year turning around the Johnnies, has them at 11-5 and winners of 9 of his last 12.

St.Johns has played 4 true road games this year going 2-2 SU and ATS, the wins at West Virginia and Villanova and the losses at UConn and the aforementioned Creighton.

All things considered, I believe the guard play of the Pirates will be the difference and in crunch time, Richmonds ability to get this shot will be the difference.

Albeit a small home dog, I love them just the same.

The Hall roll to a 5th straight win tonight.

LANG'S PICK: SETON HALL +1

And with that, the 3-0 weekend sweep courtesy of the 100 dime winner on the Bucs (+3) over Philly as Tampa delivers the outright win 32-9 just as I said they would.
That was off the 200 dime winner Sunday on the Rams covering at Detroit, and the 150 dime winner Saturday on the Texans destroying the Browns.
Off the winning month of December we are now rolling along with the winning month of January well udnerway..
Now with the 3-0 sweep in the Wild Card Round out of the way, it's now time to jump back in to my hottest sport: College basketball.
Last week I handed you the 50 dime winner on Boise State on Tuesday, 75 dime winner on Georgia Wednesday and the 100 dime winner Santa Clara Thursday.
I have been making money the last two months in College basketball.
COLLEGE BASKETBALL RUN
15-3
$10 bettor has made $9,850
It's all about College basketball for the next 4 days. These are 4 very important days heading into Divisional weekend.
It's absolutely imperative I build the bankroll these next 4 days and for the 2nd straight weekend, bring down the hammer in the NFL playoffs.
So here we go.
Here comes College basketball winner #4 in a row. It's 75 dime college hoop winner #8 of 10.
And it's college winner 16 of my last 19!!!!!
The hoops winning streak continues today.

An all-around kerplunk on this advice. Iggles were awful and a complete collapse. Didn't even show up. I even went with Lang on this one, which is rare but it was obvious.

The Pick: My 100 Dime winner is the Belmont Bruins.

The Line:
The current line is +2 in Vegas and offshore as of 10:45 am EST. Be sure to shop around for the best line available.

My Analysis

Can't believe I am getting points here and I will grab them all night long.

When 2nd leading scorer Ja'Kobi Gillespie went down January 2nd with a wrist injury in the 73-63 loss at Southern Illinois, you would have thought their season was over.

I mean, here they are, his 16 points a game gone and having to face 14-2 Drake without him.

The line maker in Vegas thought so to making Belmont a 5 1/2 point home dog against the best team in the league.

Wrong. Wrong. Wrong.

Belmont ran Drake out of the gym 87-65 behind leading scorer Malik Dia's 32, while a pair of guards stepped up getting shots with Gillespie being out.

Guards Isiah Walker (7 points a game) and Keishawn Davidson (6 points a game), who more than made up for his absence.

Davidson got 14 against Drake while Walker got 13 in the blowout win.

Next up was Illinois State and the Bruins, laying 6 got the win and cover 67-60.

Yes, they went into Indiana State on Saturday and happened to catch the Sycamores coming off the 89-78 loss at Drake and got absolutely destroyed 94-64.

Now they are back home, where they are 7-0 this year and facing a team that they absolutely destroyed earlier this year on the road.

Back on November 29th, Belmont went into Northern Iowa and as an 8 1/2 point dog, ran the Panthers out of their own gym 90-70.

They shot 53% from the floor, 50% from deep and out rebounded N.Iowa 34-24.

Yes, the Panthers roll in here winning 6 of their last 7 with the only loss at home to Indiana State, but let's look at who those 6 wins have come against!!

Let's start with 6-10 Prairie View A&M, 2-14 Alcorn State, 6-11 Northern Illinois, 10-8 Missouri State, 9-8 Illinois-Chicago and 7-10 Murray State.

Not exactly murderers row folks.

Listen, I don't know about you, but you ripped Northern Iowa by 20 in their own building earlier this year by 20.

And you just ripped the best team in the league by 22 in your own building not missing a beat without Gillespie 2 games ago.

Give me Belmont to get it done and go to 8-0 at home this year with another dominant victory over Northern Iowa.

Grab the points all night long.

Feel like it’s unwise to fade him here lately. Maybe just holding off.
He's doing very well with college hoops and is on a run. I'd wait until he cools off. My 2 cents.
