And together they did not compliment each other well at all. They played perhaps their worst game of the year together.
But I would like to point out, in the biggest moment, the biggest game, on the biggest stage, two holding penalties, one that got called and one that didn't, would decide it.
Michigan up 20-13. 12 minutes to go. Washington 2nd and 9 at their own 34. Penix hits Odunze for 32 yards to the Michigan 35. GAME ON!!!!
Wait....questionable holding call on Roger Rosengarten. Drive killer. Punt.
Wolverines take over on their own 29, first play pass to the tight end to the Washington 30 but as replay would show, a blatant hold by Michigan not called.
GAME OVER.

After Michigan kicked a field goal with 13:28 to go in the 2nd quarter, the Huskies defense held the Wolverines without a TD for 6 straight possessions.
To watch Michael Penix Jr struggle all night long was so frustrating. He picked the worst night to play his worst game of his career at Washington. End of story.
Time to move on to a sport I have been making money on the last 2 months and that is College basketball.
It's all about College basketball for the next 4 days. These are 4 very important days heading into Wildcard weekend.
