From following Lang all of these years, one of many things that stands out for me is that he is either too early or too late with his picks.
A good example is last night with betting against the Yankees and on Seattle.
Where was Lang during the five-game losing streak???
I don't recall his betting against them in any of those games!!!
Then all of a sudden out of a clear blue sky because he finally decides that they are reeling, he decides that it is time to go against them.
You saw the sorry result.
It also works the other way with him when he decides to go with/not against the Red Sox against KC as poorly as the Sox have been
playing because some rookie pitcher had a good game previously.
He does this in all sports and is obviously why anyone who has played his games over the years is buried beyond
recognition.
The fact that he openly lies about and twists his records for me puts him in the same class as Stu Feiner, who not surprisingly
was/is one of mentors!!
