Sorry Glacker but there is a better chance of the Niners and Dolphins making the playoffs than the Eagles losing homefield advantage.

I know Jman "I Had The "GREEN MONSTER" mask on when I was left out. LOL Vick neutralizes 4 points of HFA.....This is going to be a fun Bowl and NFL playoff season.

SB, I know I am wishing....hell, 5 years ago I couldn't believe the Falcons made it to the Super Bowl; I've got lots of friends in Philly. They have better tans than me currently.....I am sticking with my Falcons. Should be fun. Take Care, G.

I agree with WildBill. Eagles will be heavy favorites in both playoff games. The only team the Eagles have to fear is Atlanta because of Vick.
A healthy Ahman Green will be 2x the worry for the EAGLES.

I am not sure how anyone can say that the Eagles are not one of the top 3 teams in the NFL. Of their 12 wins 4 are between 10-19 pts aand 5 are by greater than 20 pts. It doesn't matter how weak the NFC is, the bottom line is that is impressive. The Eagles will go to the Super Bowl and give anyone they play the fight of their life.

Fishead, if Boise deserves to be there I have no problem with them in the Orange Bowl. However, I am not really sure I understand your comparison between Boise in the Orange Bowl and Philly in the Super Bowl.

Comparing schedules...........PHILLY has had a CUPCAKE schedule.

By far the EASIEST of any "in the playoffs" team.

Way overrated...........very good team.........but way to much press than deserved.

They do have GREAT COACHING though............that I will give them.

Fishead, Thanks for the compliment earlier, I do like Reid over most coaches too in the NFC, but he's been their the last 3 losses in NFC Championship, and I believe the whole Organizations Anxiety "never could spell that word " level goes up as we get closer to the bigger games. This will be hard to overcome , because of the even Higher expectation level. I see this as a great opportunity for the Underdog such as Green Bay to drive their "Mac Truck " right thru their line.If Sherman can just remember how to win this game, and that is run the freaking ball, I like OUR chances.

tough to run the ball when you're down 20 points in the first half

Thats Not going to happen again,, very very rarely do you see two teams match up twice with one team blowing out the other twice. If they run the ball like they can they very easily could be po most of the game, just like last year. Plus they have the two ten thousand pound Gorilla on their back too, which I see collapsing.

I don't know about your statement there Fish. Looking at the Sagarin ratings the Eagles schedule has been 0.77 points tougher than the Pack and almost two points tougher than the Falcons. In fact, they have the toughest strength of schedule of anyone that is likely to make the playoffs in the NFC. Since this is merely an NFC question I think that would call into question your assertion, but it is worth noting the Colts schedule has been almost at the same level and the Chargers have faced a much easier schedule as well. If Denver makes it in, it probably will be due to an even easier schedule faced. The Eagles schedule hasn't been tough, but far from the easiest out there. Look at the rating for Seattle's schedule...

EXACTLY WildBill is right on. The birds schedule has been by far one of the most difficult in the NFC and is year in and year out. It's even been tougher than some of these AFC teams people are drooling about. The Birds haven't played a cupcake schedule in at least 3 years.

Nothing at all against the EAGLES fans here on this board, but would love to see the EAGLES go down again in the NFC title game to whomever.

That would be classic!

Good luck Glacker I like the Falcons D a lot and Vick to me is a mini-McNabb with better evasive abilities. They should be good for awhile. ;)
