Earlier this week, garbage human Ted Nugent posted a bizarrely anti-Semitic post on Facebook in which suggested that gun control was some kind of Jewish conspiracy to….um…honestly, I don’t even know at this point.

Nugent has said and done many horrific and bigoted things before. He’s written an ode to how grand life would be if he could say the N-word. He’s said the elderly and the working poor should be banned from voting. He’s posited that it would have been better if the South had won the Civil War. He’s called President Obama a “subhuman mongrel.” He’s written a song about gangraping a thirteen-year-old girl with the help of a police officer–and his lust for underage women was not merely relegated to his songwriting either. He once adopted a teenage girl in order to legally have sex with her, and Courtney Love says she performed oral sex on him when she was 12-and-a-half. In spite of all this–or perhaps because of it–he’s been excitedly embraced by many prominent conservatives such as Mike Huckabee, Donald Trump, and Ted Cruz.
However! With this latest incident, even gun enthusiasts are beginning to turn their backs on “The Nuge”–and requesting that he be ousted from the NRA board and stripped of his membership.
Alas, he’s not being shunned entirely–at least not by Ted Cruz, who still has a page up on his website boasting that Ted Nugent called him his “favorite Presidential candidate.” You would think that after an incident like this, that every GOP candidate still in the running would be scrambling to distance themselves from Nugent–but no.
And you know why that is? Because that party has gotten so toxic, and so hateful, that Ted Cruz and the rest realize that this is not a thing that would hurt them with their constituency. They don’t have to worry about it. In fact, were Cruz to denounce Nugent after these remarks, it would probably hurt his standing with the Republican base–given that the party line these days is that the worst thing anyone can do is to be mad about someone saying something bigoted or mean-spirited. Like some kind of Social Justice Warrior or something.
For what it’s worth, no other GOP Candidates have denounced him either.

Ted Cruz Thinks He’s Too Good To Have A Porn Actress In His Ad

The Ted Cruz Campaign has pulled it’s latest campaign ad, “Conservatives Anonymous” after finding out that Amy Lindsey, who appears in the ad, has previously appeared in several soft-core pornography films, such as Secrets of a Chambermaid, Bikini Airways, and The Sex Spa II: Body Work.
In the video below, Lindsey is the support group member who tells another member, who insinuates he voted for Marco Rubio, that “Maybe you should vote for more than just a pretty face next time.”
That line in and of itself is pretty interesting given all the hot news items about Ted Cruz and faces lately! This Wednesday, his wife Heidi declared that he is running to show America “the face of God,” and earlier this month a neurologist wrote an article for Psychology Today explaining the science behind why people find Cruz’s face and smile to be deeply unsettling.
But back to the topic at hand! Lindsey appeared in the ad after responding to a casting call looking for Cruz supporters. She passed her audition and the directors never checked her background. It was actually Buzzfeed that discovered the actresses background, and called the Cruz campaign for comment. They were then told by Cruz spokesman Rick Tyler that they would be taking the ad down.
Tyler said:
“The actress responded to an open casting call. She passed her audition and got the job. Unfortunately, she was not vetted by the production company. Had the campaign known of her full filmography, we obviously would not have let her appear in the ad.”
Lindsey, who describes herself as a Christian conservative and a Republican, told Buzzfeed that she thinks it’s “cool” that an actress who has appeared in soft-core pornography would appear in a campaign ad for Ted Cruz, stating “In a cool way, then hey, then it’s not just some old, white Christian bigot that people want to say, ‘It could be, maybe, a cool kind of open-minded woman like me.’”
Ehhhhhhh. I’ve got some feelings about this. Number one being that there is literally no reason for anyone who isn’t a bigot–specifically a bigot who hates sex for non-procreative purposes and gay people–to vote for Ted Cruz. To boot, sorry, even with the support of one “cool kind of open-minded woman” like her, voting for Republican will remain about as cool as douching with Lysol while listening to Pat Boone.
Number two? That’s not terribly Christlike behavior, Ted Cruz. What would Jesus do? Would Jesus have turned away a woman like that? I think he would not!
Quite frankly, I think it’s pretty crappy of the Cruz campaign to decide to stop airing the ad because of Lindsey’s background. He’s running for president, and the president’s job is to represent all people, not just those whose jobs he approves of. Lindsey hasn’t done anything illegal, she’s not a criminal, she’s an actress and a sex worker. I find it odd that he doesn’t want to be associated with her, and yet is delighted to be embraced by Ted Nugent, a man who just recently posted an anti-Semitic meme featuring the phrase “Jew York City,” and has written a song about gang raping a thirteen year old girl with the help of a police officer. Just a little bit odd.

Lindsey told Buzzfeed that she is still considering voting for Cruz for president (either him or Trump), because apparently some people will always want to belong to clubs that don’t want them as a member.

LOL WTF you guys are nuttier than all the acorns gathered last season by the two squirrels pictured above.

Hey Guesser how about a little irony.
A large portion of Israel's tourism industry is money spent by evangelicals who think one day the Jews are going to get one last chance to convert and ascend to heaven before the world comes to a fiery end in a giant bowl of Rice Krispies where all the rest of the Jews go snap crackle pop.

First I heard of this, pretty ironic stuff. How will Cruz' only constituency treat this. Is there anything greasier than a "christian"
with situational ethics? Cruz without counting Evangelicals received only 7% of the NH vote, & Trump even beat him within cruz own
constituency. Why disparage Cruz, when you look at 5D even Bush has a better chance to win the election than Cruz.

I had a nightmare. Sanders gets the D nomination. Then he has a mental breakdown (different from the one that made him a lifelong communist) or becomes too ill to continue running. The DNC convenes and drafts John Kerry. Now THAT'S a nightmare!

I thought Cruz would be able to shine in the debate when it came to the Supreme Court but they moved away from that portion of the debate and into the cage match session pretty quickly.

That was some fireworks with Trump and Jeb....That was so heated that it contributed to global warming...

Laughed out loud when Trump said "she should run" about Barbara Bush lol

And that’s what’s wrong with the debate process.

Ratings is the only thing that matters.

What a waste of prime time TV.

100% spot on. In reality the quickest on their feet debaters who entered the fray
were Jindal & Fiorina & I for one am glad they are gone from the stage.

First odds in S, Carolina after NH debate for Trump was -425 to win, today at Bookmaker Trump is -912 & at
Hollywood/Sportingbet -1000.

For those whose somehow are still supporting Cruz he is at +750 now, that has to be a diminishing part of the
electorate.

The best two bets I saw for S. Carolina I put a very small amount down on Kasich for 2nd at +2300 & Kasich
for 3rd at +525.

The last poll before the debate in which Kasich did not hurt his chances had the following result:
1st) Trump 35%, 2nd) Kasich 15%, 3rd) Rubio 14%, 4th) Cruz 12% 5th) Bush 10%
They are all bunched up after Trump but Cruz is fading & Kasich is climbing the ladder.
10 will get you 230 if Kasich is 2nd, 20 will get you 104 if Kasich can hold off Cruz for 3rd

You have to concede the debates turning into reality TV has to do with the fact that the guy driving all the discussion is infact a reality TV star. This is somewhat by design, Trump knows what he is doing.

I think it is pretty obvious at this point he loves running against Jeb because he is by far the easiest to repeatedly clown and mock. Most moderate on immigration and most labeled as establishment. The antithesis of Trump's campaign.

Jeb has had a mini-surge in recent weeks though. Feels like he isn't dropping out anytime soon. The longer he stays in it seems like him and Rubio just eat each others support and Trump can cruise.

If Trump pulls this off, there will be books written about his political genius.

He was firing Meat Loaf and Latoya jackson on reality TV like 4 years ago.
