See post above. Wiki (amongst others) says you're a bullshitter.

Passing Beach Blvd while on the 91 isn't exactly saying you have been to Buena Park lately. Try driving around Beach & La Palma and see all of the black people out and about. Go into Albertsons on Lincoln & Valley View and tell me that Buena Park isn't the blackest city in Orange County. It isn't quite Watts yet but there are enough black people to where you can easily walk into McDonalds and there could a black customer both in front and in back of you.

From what I have been informed the city of Los Angeles stopped taking Section 8 so all of those blacks and hispanics are being relocated to either the valley, Buena Park or Irvine. The Irvine Company tore don Wild Rivers and are turning more empty lots into section 8 apartments and housing because their business parks aren't exactly thriving these days. We have been trying to sub lease our building in Irvine for years but The Irvine Company cock-blocks us on every turn and offers the same potential leaser a better lease on one of their empty buildings. They even converted one of their buildings in our business school to a private grade school. So in about 5-10 years expect the city underneath the freeway (Irvine) to be full of mexicans and blacks and the Irvine Spectrum to be converted into an outlet mall ala The Block.

You are right. Black people finally got fed up with the actions of one black person reflecting on their entire race that they have begun keeping score. I will admit it when a white person shoots up a school or their place of employment it makes black people feel good if only for one day that yeah we have our problems but at least we aren't american terrorists.

I hear all of the time on this board some sob story how some white guy or their friend was in a black neighborhood one time and were robbed or fucked with or something therefore they have come to the conclusion that all black people that they don't know are criminals. Of course if you think logically that in an area that is 95% black and only one person out of all of those black people fucked with you speaks on the individual not the entire race.

You don't have to be armed to cause great bodily harm on someone or even death. If this is what Zim thought was going to happen to him, he had the right to stop the threat.

If you are suggesting to hit first and ask questions later, you are breaking the law. It's really that simple.

This is not a black and white issue that you're making it out to be. It's a case of a guy who knew his neighborhood had suffered some crimes and acting as a neighborhood watch representative, he felt it was prudent to ask an unfamiliar guy in the neighborhood what he was up to. This is not against the law.

What is against the law is to punch a guy first and beat his head into the ground. He deserved to get what he got.

What was the threat? Was Trayvon committing a crime? Did he have a gun. Paranoia is not a reason to shoot somebody. I could easily walk outside of my house and see a guy walking down the street and say he looks threatening and I am afraid of what he might do and then go shot him to relieve my own personal paranoia. There is a reason why it is called "Neighborhood Watch" and not "Neighborhood Stop & a Apprehend". If you think some shit is about to go down then you call get a description, you call 911 and you wait for the trained professionals that are accustomed to racial profiling black people to arrive on the scene. You don't strap yourself and start harassing 140 pound kids. I think back to when I was in high school and used to skateboard around the neighborhoods and if some scared adult tried to stop me and question me what I am doing here I would be like fuck you, none of your business, leave me alone then I would skate away if he tried to physically stop me from going about my business and prevent me from continuing down that public street then he better watch out or else my skateboard will go upside his head.

If Trayvon was some skinny little white kid getting blasted by some fuckin volunteer watch guy white people would be asking for this guy's head on a stick. Just like out here where I live when Rodney King and countless black people what get a night stick and taser party from the cops white people weren't saying shit about police brutality they kept trying to find justification in the cops use of excessive force but when "Kelly Thomas" a white guy gets beat to death by the cops all of sudden the white people decide to rally against police brutality and want justice. Kelly Thomas in Fullerton google him and ask yourself if he was black would you be saying he deserved the beating he got.

You are missing the entire point. Nobody said there was a threat. I'm merely saying he saw someone in the neighborhood that wasn't familiar and acting as a neighborhood watchman and with a rash of burglaries that have taken place, he asked him who he was. What is wrong with that? Any good neighbor should do the same. Again, quite putting your own personal flavor into this topic. He didn't stop and apprehend anyone.

Trained professionals used to racial profiling? WTF is wrong with you? Now he harassed Martin? Asking a guy who he is is harassing?

Are you actually being serious in this thread?

My neighbor had his house broken into recently. I see a guy unfamiliar to me in the neighborhood so I ask him where he lives. He punches me in the face and bashes my head into the curb.

I guess I wouldn't be able to defend myself. I guess my question to him would be harassing and I also guess I'd be racially profiling him.

If your name was Jim and you approached him, according to snatcher's theory, you'd be racially profiling him and he would be threatened thus giving him justification to pop you in the jaw.

So when you see a black guy walking down the street you immediately flashback to the last crime that occurred in the area. What happens when you see a mexican in the area do you run up to him and ask what his rates are and if his wife is good with kids?

You ever listen to Jim Rome? Rule is if you need to bring your gun with you then obviously that is a place you shouldn't be going to. Same applies to Zimmerman if he felt he needed to bring his gun with him then he should have stayed in the house and waited for the professionals like instructed to do so. I think Zimmerman was trying to be a cowboy and look tough. He wasn't trying to stop a crime in progress he just wanted to flash his steel and look like Billy Bad Ass while intimidating some black kid.

I am color blind hosnatcher. If there were some crimes recently committed in our neighborhood and I saw an unfamiliar face walking on the sidewalk, I'd ask him where he lives.

I don't care if he is black, green, red, white, purple or Mexican.

And when I ask him where he lives, it would be a crime for him to punch me in the face and beat my head into the concrete. Do you understand?

People pack weapons each day in America. They have them in their cars, stores, camping anywhere really. This doesn't mean they shouldn't be somewhere. It means they feel safer if they pack which is their American right to do so.

You think he was trying to be a cowboy and look tough which is the problem with all of you guys supporting TM. You THINK and you have OPINIONS but nothing based on fact. Let the case play out before you rush to judgement.

He flashed his gun to TM? Really? This is another made up fact that didn't happen. Again, quite making stuff up. He pulled out the weapon once and only once. And he intimidated a black kid? Really? Where is that proof he intimidated TM? Again, making stuff up.

You'd better know your facts when talking this issue. Some of us know it up and down and I'm still waiting for you to show me the proof that GZ was drinking that night. Please provide a link to back up your claim.

Zimmerman said so himself that he shot Trayvon when Trayvon went for his gun to take it away from him. How did Trayvon know he had a gun unless Zimmerman showed it to him. So why would an unarmed Trayvon instigate a fight with a grown man who has a gun and all he had was a pack of skittles. Trayvon was simply approached by a paranoid dude who was following him and flashed a gun at him and then tried to bully him so Trayvon tried to defend himself and unarm his attacker when he got shot just trying to live long enough to see the next day. His girlfriend heard exactly what happened because she was on the phone with Trayvon the entire time listening to the exchange. Now ask yourself how many men call their girlfriends of all people when they are in the process to commit a crime or get into a fight. Men usually shield their loved ones from that type of shit. Yeah it makes total sense I am going to carjack somebody and break into a house and pick a fight let me call girlfriend and tell her what I am about to do. People call their wives and girlfriends and mothers when they sense they are in danger and it might be their last chance to speak to their loved ones.

Some things just don't look right. For example 4 black young males in a 100k new BMW wearing matching colored bandanas in their hair in some 95% sleepy little White town at 3AM....that's almost certainly a stolen car.

Some Cracker cruising the ghetto at 3AM in that same car, he's looking for a hooker or drugs or something, maybe drunk ?

I'd pull either over if I were a cop, need backup on the first one...
