Look at the empty Steelers sideline. Only one man had the balls to come out and honor his country !

If you don't think the ratings are going down you are on drugs. My viewing was already down about 60% but now it is down 100% because I refuse to watch. Other than the few pending bets I had from earlier in the week I didn't even look at the lines today. Fuck em.

dude is full of shit. I honestly don't believe anyone who says they stopped watching the NFL because of protests. Besides some females who take this stuff all to heart and personal and want to gossip over drama.
you have no idea how wrong you are,no clue

If you don't think attendance and tv ratings are tanking, you guys are naive.
Whether or not this is true, they are making more money than EVER (even if you take inflation into account) And that is ALL the matters and that stakeholders care about. And if you dont see that, you are naive. (no offense)

Up until about 10 years ago every NFL team stayed in the locker room during the anthem and no one had an issue with it. Watch or don't watch no one cares but if what football players do or don't do (other than not cover the spread) has any impact on your life that's very sad.
Exactly. I find it funny that people get so upset about this. It's a personal choice. Why do you care if someone else stands or not. How does it affect you?

If any other American used their "personal choice" to protest at work, they'd be fired.

If you're the Tennessee Titans and play for that fan base, this is a bad business move.

You'd fire an employee for it standing for the national anthem? Lol

I'd fire an employee for protesting about politics in the work place which is exactly what they are doing.

The first Amendment doesn't extend to private companies. It's based on the government's overreach on a private citizen.

damn, what an embarrassment

i genuinely don't understand. Haven't followed this nonsense, rather ignorant. WHY are they doing this now? It wasn't done during the Obama years and did 'equality' suddenly make a dramatic turn for the worse? Or perhaps isnt political?

if hockey players would do same in The Great White North?....fuck...man, hope i'm not around to this witness that

did gratitude fall off the map?

sad day to be a Steelers fan but I pledge to never step foot into one of their games again.

with a left tackle that served several terms in the middle east they still lack the respect to honor what this nation has done for everyone of those spoiled bitches. unfortunately most yinzers are too stupid to take a stand against their beloved black n gold but they are dead to me

led by a rapist QB, a wife beating LB, a silver spoon lawyer owner, and a coach that punches himself in the chest and trips opposing punt returns...yet i expected better? shame on me
