Luxuries can you please elaborate ? First off Starbucks coffee is shit super acidic I only drink the Dunkin’ Donuts I buy at costco because it doesn’t kill my stomach. Maybe there guns work better with the free WiFi. Come on mob Starbucks is not a luxury maybe Carl’s Jr. But not Starbucks.

Luxury as in: What job pays you for the time that you are driving to work? None. No job does that. So they shouldn’t be WAITING for their shift to start at any place like that. They should be ready to work once their shift begins. That’s what I expect. I don’t want my tax money going to cops who have to take their precious time to go somewhere and that’s exactly what that mindset is. “Oh let’s wait at Starbucks until our shifts begin and then we take off and decide what to do.”

When you clock in you are ready to work in the real world....not leaving a store, not lallygagging around killing time.

The problem is these conversations don’t just happen in Starbucks. They happen on the street after an issue or simply just in their cars, on duty and killing time. Everything will be completely taken care of and then you got a group of cops sitting there having a big discussion. Or you see two cops in a middle of a parking lot just having a good old conversation on our dime. Go do something. Go catch some drag racers. Go catch a rapist. Go help somebody with something. It’s all about the pension for most of these guys. And that’s not what they took an oath for.

Yes, patrols are done in major cities or high-crime areas as a deterrent, but for the most part, the majority of cops literally are tasked with RESPONDING to crimes. It’s not their job to solve them, that is for other divisions within law enforcement, i.e detectives.

They just think they are rock stars so they don’t need to rescue cats, they don’t need to interact in a positive manner with the public, because we are the enemy to most of them. A cops job is getting into their cruiser and driving around, responding to dispatches. Which is probably what these cops did indeed do after exiting Starbucks. I know it’s a difficult thing for you to comprehend, but not every job requires you to begin making $5 footlongs after entering an employee

Ive had a cop cut me a big break before. But the problem was he made an unlawful stop on my vehicle. Unfortunately at the time I was in high school and didn’t know my rights like a lot of you still don’t. So that doesn’t count as a good cop. He should have never of pulled me over.

In fact happens all time. Nobody cares for police officers until they need one , like if someone steals your car, burglary , assault , murder etc. It’s not normal job, their life is on the line everyday.
