Not putting all the blame on this site. I still have no idea who is owed and who's not, I'm sure you know way more then me. I just would have handled it diffrent if I received an email about a 1750.00 stiff job from a poster. Please don't put me in the same league as some of your haters. I'll take the wait & see approach with this one

Sorry. I misunderstood. Been posting a lot. I thought someone was talking about ANOTHER supposed slow pay.

I did not mean to confuse the situation. Sorry. See facts above for those who have a question.

Again, the best thing to do if you doubt us, is to WITHDRAW SOME OR ALL OF YOUR MONEY. Test us out.

V-wager---- Please explain your situation on the account I sent you.

Thanks

The player had trouble getting the second portion of the payout as it was recieved days later with no response accorrding to him.

The player in question placed a WD for over 4 dimes and it is V-wager policy to only pay 2500 on a daily basis.........the player in question had to wait FOUR days for the remaining payout.

Here is his reply.........

No answer to my e-mail on Tuesday, so I sent another
on 6/9 and got the below response. You can see my
response below.

They said it would be processed when I call on 6/9, no
payout. They said it would be done 6/10, no payout.
Then on 6/11 I was finally paid.

4 day slow pay on
$1500.

DickyW,

There are quite a few in this thread that do not know anything factual, but to get a shot at SHRINK, they have to reach for whatever they can.

I bet the whole situation with the alleged slow pay is just a simple misunderstanding that in turn is being pumped up to further ones belief on an issue.

We have often held you in high regard. I personally have even recommended 'starter' sportsbooks to you. We have always considered you a friend. Dalton has defended you in numerous situations and occasions.

I am sorry it had to end up this way. I wish Dalton were here to see all this.

The only suggestion I would have is to verify your facts prior to posting them. Large #'s of SUVs, HUGE/REPLACEMENT SATELLITES, LEXUS's FOR EVERYONE, OWING A TON TO CAJA, SETTLING WITH ATHLON, ETC. This entire thread could have been dealt with in one simple phone call.

But hey, phone calls don't build traffic to you or hold much power over us, now do they?

Let's put this behind us and see if we can start over on the right foot. Agreed? Ken?

Well sure it is..

That "slow payee" was paid $2500 upfront (as is that books NEteller daily Limit..many books have then), and the SLOW PAY was paid 4 days later.

Sure better than some of the other "Slow pays" here at the RX...how many days you guys been waiting on Pan Am ??? Just 4 ??

Its obvious by the facts presented that V-WAGER is in some sort of financial trouble.......big or small...who knows???? who cares?????

All I would need to know is that there is some sort of problem.....and I would be out....

I cant figure why some of you guys like to gamble with where your money goes? When I have money in some remote off-shore shithole and "people in the know" such as THE SHRINK and FISHDICK tell me their is a problem I would listen....jmo

Thanks for your time.

Would the delay have anything to do with the Regan death? Last Friday was considered a holiday & alot of people had off. There was no mail delivery, I believe the banks & markets were closed as well among other things.

Time of delay was between the 7th and the 11th according to the player in question.

Fishhead:

Sorry. I am trying to reply to everything, but the questions are flying. Sorry I missed your post.

Ok. The first $2,500 was June 7, 2004, the rest was on June 10,2004 late at night (he may have seen the money on the 11th, but was paid on the 10th). In my estimation, it took three (3) days to pay the client balance (paid $2,500.00, 8th, 9th, paid balance).

This payment would normally take two (2) days, but as stated, we had to replenish Neteller funds (typically takes one day for cash deposit, transfer, or wire). This happens when you get an unusual amount of Neteller payouts (see statement above about not willing to keep a ton with money processors - been burned too many times).

Fishhead, in actuality, this time frame does not meet my expectations at all. But, three days is not a slow pay in my book. He got $2,500 upfront immediately and the balance quickly (again: $2,500, 8th, 9th, paid balance). Again, does not meet my expectations, but to cause an 8 page thread stating 'slow pay' seems a little bit overboard.

As for emails not being responded to, this I find highly unusual. We have our client services email staffed all day, and accounting email staffed in accounting hours. I don't know how this would happen. But, you are right, if the client was not responded to promptly, this would DEFINITELY worry me too. And, if the client was not kept informed all the way around, this too is a fault. For this reason I, on the behalf of the company, apologize.

Thanks,

Alicia

No need to worry anyways at least Costa Rica is regulated..........what will it take for people to learn????

For a site with some very smart gamblers, why take the uneccesary gamble and play in these unregulated countries ????

Is it just me, or am I the only person in here defending the defamation of my company. Thought the other sportsbooks in question would be in here too.

Interesting. Huh?
