Mississippi with the huge win against Alabama....Now they play Texas A&M on the road.....Another letdown.....A&M might win by 21.

A&M -2.5

LOL. Good luck with that 21 points. Hell, if a team wins this game by 21, it won't be TAMU. TAMU is certainly capable of winning a must win game at home, at 8pm. But anyone crazy enough to bet them here has lost their mind. Their one decent win has now been fully exposed(USCe). They were lucky to squeak by an average Arkansas team, and got completely run in Starkville last week.

UK for me

laying 3 TD's to little 'ol UL Monroe a week after an incredible come from behind win over USCe and a week before LSU. annoying little game surrounded by 8 SEC games (3 before, 5 after) and a noon kickoff. seems like a classic spot to overlook the sun belt team

love how someone posted Arizona State. they're in a letdown spot in a bye week? okie doke

Also TCU coming off a huge win against Oklahoma...Baylor a 10 point favorite....Letdown....Baylor big.

Baylor -10

USC coming off a bad loss to Zona St & Arizona coming off a huge win against Oregon.....I like USC....Might be easy.

USC -2.5
I'm not sure USC can stop anyone right now and playing in Tucson Zona rips them a new one. They'll be up for USC because EVERYONE gets up for USC. Now if this was Wazzu, I could see it but Zona in Tucson will be up for this game. And honestly, they're playing better right now.

TCU will be up for Baylor because GP will have his guys up. There is no love lost between these two schools and coaches. Since the forming of the Big12, TCU has gone out of their way to beat all of the old SWC teams because they felt they were left out when the Big12 was formed. Also there is probably more of a letdown for Baylor here because they beat Texas (hated rival) in Austin with all the trash talk that has been going on between the two over the past year. That was a huge emotional win for Baylor and their Alums. To stick it to Texas in Austin, no doubt it was a big emotional win for them.

Here's one a bit more under the radar... UMass was beating Miami OH 41-14 in the second quarter, only to let Miami OH reel off 28 un-answered to lose 42-41 and remain winless. That's a crushing letdown. Now UMass plays at Kent State.

The question is, how bad of a team are you willing to bet on? Kent State is winless too.

Makes you wonder why TCU is a 10 point dog in this game...

Game won't even be close.

Baylor -10 easy cover

Is there a letdown from losing the ones you were supposed/could've won? I'm
thinking about Stanford...how motivated are they going to be for Washington State after getting kicked in the balls on 4th and 11 in South Bend? Cal rebounded from a once-in-a-decade loss but that game had zero national attention and Cal was a 10-point dog anyway.

I go for that....

That's why Bama will struggle against Arkansas.

Bama didn't expect to lose that game.....

Be careful with some of these letdown spots. The linesmakers know this too and will adjust the lines accordingly. Just make sure you are not giving or getting too many points than you normally would in some of these situations.

Like most MAC games, I think that's one whereby you just throw your money up in the air and hope the wind is blowing in the right direction. I mean how the hell did Kent hang around and almost beat Northern Ill last week with them coming off a bye and the stomping from Arkansas?

I think NIU is overrated this year. They obviously miss Lynch. He was about 70% of their offense. Their new 2 QB system isn't working all that well right now.

Nice Green! From here this is what I do. I take that last big win out - like it never happened - then start handicapping using the whole year. Is that line showing as it should or is it skewing off that one big win? You will find some strong plays almost locks. (no such thing as a lock as you all know) This will probably be by far the best week to find these. Good luck and good capping!

How did Petty only complete 7 passes for 111 yards? One would think that should have been a Horns cover.

Baylor is a much different team at home than on the road. Their defense is also a little better than people think...

True, and Texas' D not too shabby as well. I think Katie Perry may have jinxed your Sooners by professing her love for Trevor Knight while tossing corn dogs at the ESPN GameDay cameras.

Been screaming that for two weeks now. Baylor is, statistically No. 2 O and No. 4 D, and IMO, deserved a better ranking this am. Sorry about the hex on Saturday, but you called that game last June I believe. Everything I've read has them still making it, but got to run the table now, no more losses allowed.

BET A&M SATURDAY, AND ECU! Also liking Temple, GTech, Iowa, ND and Penn State. How in the hell is Michigan giving anyone, Slippery Rock included, points right now? GLTA
