It bothers me because it's MY land and I paid alot of money for it. So why should anyone else get to use it?

And this is fertile land that I am planning to turn it in to an orchard and by driving on it it's killing off the nutrients in the soil.

I was thinking something along the same lines. Not necessarily a bulldozer, but I would dig a nice sized ditch and cover it up similar to the wood/nails situation. Let him fuck up the entire front end of his car.

Does he enter your property in the same place every time? If so, the things you could do to him are unlimited.

Dont forget the land in question is in California. illegals can 'squat' on your property and many believe they then have a 'right' to stay there.

i take it back, THIS is the best idea. fuck up his entire car, not just his tires.

A bulldozer sounds great but unless you know someone with a bulldozer you're going to have to rent one. How much does one cost? Plus you gotta work fast so this sucker does not see you digging a big hole.

The board and nails cost less and of course it won't have the same total car damage as a big fucking hole but it will still do damage.

Best idea so far is egging his car. The board & nails idea would be better if the legal system made any sense. Shooting his tires out with a rifle would be an even better idea.

Maybe you make it part of your routine to urinate on his car. Or maybe if you have a dog you could bag his nasties and throw them at the guy or his car.
