Dave was maybe let go bec they probably told him he can only have 1 IP per user. And they also maybe thought rick was not a legit guy, so they fired him, but rick is a legit guy.. he just didn't know my bets, big deal. that's not his job anyways..

I owe you $4200..We both make $1000 on royal....You take $500 from My money from Royal deal and send me the other $500 Neteller sat....Now i owe you $3700 you deal with Royal .We will do this untill i owe you zero..That way i get a few bucks on future deals and you get paid the money i owe you..Its like 75% for you and 25% for me till i owe you zero..That is fair man..
