Based on what I've seen so far, I would say the following.

1. He should get his money... but only due to amt of action he gave them.

2. He was guilty of being slick with the rules.. and he knows it.

3. He's done this with several other books.

Bottom line is he didn't "technically" scam them but it was as close you can get without actually doing it.

Lets look at neteller as a bank. To ask your friendly banker to lower your fees, no big deal. To ask your banker to allow you to operate and control several accounts under different names may be a different story, hmmmmm........
