I assure that maybe it had to do with NETeller only allowing 1 name per IP, and I had a couple. None of us, nor me or david were fully aware of this or i would have abided by the rules.

I owe you $4200..We both make $1000 on royal....You take $500 from My money from Royal deal and send me the other $500 Neteller sat....Now i owe you $3700 you deal with Royal .We will do this untill i owe you zero..That way i get a few bucks on future deals and you get paid the money i owe you..Its like 75% for you and 25% for me till i owe you zero..

OMG, you are such a liar. David didn't know you weren't allowed to create more than 1 account from the same IP? That's been in place a long time ago at neteller.
They even banned my account once because I logged in to my acct from 2 different IPs, one from home and the other at work.
