Use your head man. this guy is clevfan's best friend and they talk everyday on MSN chat.. this judge has only heard bad things about me now for the last 2 months 24/7, of course he will say i am guilty.. but i just hope he will have read this whole thread before he makes any judgement, and I hope he will be honest too, and not stick up for his pal clevfan..

but I think we have heard the last of Rio as far as this trial goes. All that aside I think this trial should go down in internet history known as:

Which brings to mind a good question, what if they make a movie out of this who will play who.
Don't laugh but I can see Pauley Shore playing Sick. Jman you have to get Howie Long to make another movie. I will give my age away here but someone like Jack Nicholson could play Wilheim, although my role is to small for him. Clevefan is going to be tough to cast, maybe Kathy Bates.

I agree with max. Slick Gambler's name is on the line here and he is deserving of a decision in a reasonable amount of time.
The prosecution is dragging their collective feet and it is incumbent upon your honor to give them a quick kick in the ass.

As this issue isn't just a cut and dried type of thing might I suggest it be broken down into a couple of different charges, as follows, and ask the jury to vote on each issue separately.
1. Did SG scam Rio out of any money?
2. Should Rio withold SG's money?
3. Did SG show poor judgement or charcter in playing into RIO with multiple ID's, backers or not?
4. Should SG be asked to leave the RX for good?
I believe this covers all of the major issues which have been presented to the jury. Any opinions on this idea?

The question at this time is WILL EITHER POST IN THIS COURT? RIO and Neteller may not be heard from again...I WAS TOLD WE HAD TO WAIT, I`m sorry guys(its lawyer mumbo jumbo) I will see if we can speed this up and get back...I know everyone has followed along and its appreciated...
