Try to look at this objectively, at least let me do that for the group here. I dont do anything with these plays so no issue either way to me.

Winners is one you usually get day in day out. They're run is 14-9. Lets assume avg juice per play is 150 (Im pretty sure it would be higher if we went back over all 23 plays). Betting 100 per game. Thats 9 loss at $150 = $1350. 14 win at 100 = $1400. Up 50 gross, minus $25 x 23 picks = $575. So you owuld be down $525 playing each play in that run.

Win percentage isnt what it appears to mean when betting baseball. You can do the same math on the others. To their defense, they have had some good straight win streaks on a short term basis.

Records kept by me for Steam and Winners Inc since April 1 as I play them both. Units are net

Winners Inc
71-40 +20 units

Steam
64-36 +24.6 units

Potentially can be smoke and mirrors if you do not give units won and units lost, and how much smoke and how much mirror depends on how much of a difference between the two records. Not long ago I posted that Winners Inc had a units winning % of 60% using his won/loss record and net units and assuming all of the winners were favorites. I think his won/loss record was around 65%. In this case the smoke and mirrors amounted to around 5%.

I agree, hence why I said 95% because their are a select few there that could legitmately turn profit for you, mainly by only playing 1 game a day and not going above that, if you combine the services which many seem to do too often, you run into the fact that over the long haul you simply will not turn profit as the juice will eat you alive.

Wow good LT record keeping . Is the $2775 and $2500 cost of picks respectively accounted for?

Somebody sent me the results for Winners Inc. since 4/1. 71-40 for +20 units. That would put them at 58.2% after the juice for that time period if all of the winners were favs.

Steam since 4/1, 64-36 for +24.6 units = 61.9% after the juice for that time period.

Also, there is a good thread monitoring Crusher that has good information.

P.S. If anyone is getting bad lines (especially from local books with big spreads), then that is their choice. As long as a capper is using a legitimate line from a book anyone can use at the time they put the play out that is reasonable.

Your $2,775 and $2,500 are off.

Whether the cost of the plays are worth it are strictly dependent upon how much you play per game. If you played $500 per game and won $22,300 would it upset you that you paid $3,375? $1,000 per game and win $44,600; upset at $3,375?

With all this talk of hot cappers, it's only a matter of time before everyone here is talking about Wunderdog - Kewell has been posting his picks (thanks!) and records - very impressive!

Interesting note on Minny tonite - the Twins will be facing their 4th Cy Young winner in 5 games tonight (that's crazy!)

You're very welcome mate. Just trying to return the love to all you guys' hard work.

Thanks for the history lesson. I don't see how this is at all relevant to tonight's game.
