WOW DUNKEL

Anything can happen in baseball ..but i really have to question a system that favors lefty Eric Bedard pitching to detroits right handed power in detroit over Verlander who has owned sub 500 teams at home for yrs...:think2:

WUNDERDOG (MLB)
1 OF 7

Game: Philadelphia at Arizona (3:40 PM Eastern)
Pick: Philadelphia -155 (moneyline)

We haven't taken many favorites this season but I like Philadelphia in this spot. Arizona hasn't swept the Phillies at home in 11 years. They have to get through Cole Hamels to accomplish that feat and I don't see it happening. Not with Joe Saunders opposing. Philly's starting pitching has been sick this year but what has gone unnoticed is how well their bullpen is finishing games. The Phils bullpen owns a 2.31 ERA overall including 1.38 on the road. Arizona's pen has been average at best and that spells trouble. Philadelphia is 40-19 since last season vs. bullpens with a 3.75 to 4.50 ERA. Arizona is just 15-41 over that span vs. an NL starting pitcher with an ERA of 3.50 or better (Hamels is at 2.92). The Phillies have been a great road team the past few seasons, going 108-77 overall the past three seasons.
Take Hamels and the Phillies here.

Wednesday 96% NBA Playoff system Game of the Week + 92% MLB Dominator side with Big Pitching edge. Tuesday NBA and NHL Cash Bases postponed. Free MLB Play below

On Wednesday the Free MLB System Play is on the SF. Giants. Game 963 at 7:05 eastern. The Giants fit a nice, yet complicated system that has won 14 of the last 18 times and plays out like this. Play on road favorites off a 1 run road favorite win with a total that was 8 or less, if they scored 4 or less runs and made no more than 1 error, vs an opponent off a 1 run home dog loss that scored 2 or less runs and had 5 or more hits with 5 or more men left on base. The Giants are 4-1 on the road when the total is 8 to 8.5. The Pirates are 0-3 as a home dog from +100 to +125. Both pitchers in this one have been hit hard of late. However SF Bumgarner is better than the Pirates McDonald. Look for the Giants to take another from the Pirates. On Wednesday I have a 96% NBA Playoff system Game of the Week and a cutting edge 92% MLB Power Play system with a solid pitching edge. Tuesday NBA and NHL Cash while Bases gets postponed. Jump on tonight and cash big. For the Bonus Play take the San Francisco Giants. GC

Game #1

NY Mets (10-13) at Washington (10-12) 7:05 pm est

R.A. Dickey (1-3, 4.10) gets the call today for the Mets. R.A. will be trying to avoid losing a career high-tying fourth straight start. The knuckleballer has a 5.59 ERA over that stretch. For the year Dickey has allowed 28 hits and 12 runs while striking out 19 in 26.1 innings of work. His last game against Washington, he allowed three runs and six hits with five walks in five innings of a 6-2 defeat on April 8.

Tom Gorzelanny (0-2, 4.96) will take the mound for Washington today. He is trying to avert a second straight 0-3 start. Gorzelanny is 1-4 with a 6.49 ERA in six starts against the Mets, losing 8-4 on April 9. He gave up six runs, four hits and two homers in 5 1/3 innings.

In the five game between these two teams this season every game has gone OVER. The lowest run total has been 8 with the highest being 12. This one looks like one for the hitters and we should see plenty of runs.

961 NY Mets Over 8 -120 *****5 UNITS***** (The Greek)

PREDICTION: NY Mets 7, Washington 4

The Angels have won eight straight at home over the Oakland and are looking to complete the three-game sweep. For today, BW is take the L.A. Angels ML -160.

LAA Angels -160
Coming off a SWEEP in MLB last night cashing our Top 10* on the Giants. MLB continues to turn infield dirt into cash money $ For WINSday, NBA and NHL Playoff action. Plus a Day-Night MLB Double header $ Your FREE MONEY tonight will be on the ANGELS. Taking Haren here. The guy is lights out and after a tough loss to the Sox, I expect to mow down a weak hitting Oakland lineup. Halos should muster a run or 2 here. FREE MONEY on Haren and the ANGELS $ Higgs

4* Cincinnati Reds + 142
Taking the Reds here. LeClure gave up 5 his last game out vs the D-backs. But in his 2 starts before that, he gave up 3 earned on 4 hits in 11 innings while striking out 14 in a pair of NDs. Now Gallardo hasn't fared well vs the Reds going 2-3 with a 5.25 ERA while the Brewers are 2-7 in his starts. Reds 8-3 last 11 in the series and Brewers are 0-5 in Gallardo's last 5 starts vs Cincy. 4* REDS

4* Over Boston/Baltimore 8.0/-120
Going OVER the total down in Baltimore. Think the Sox bats really come to life here tonight. The Orioles just 2-12 last 14 with Guthrie on the hill vs Boston. Career vs Boston Guthrie is 1-7 with a 4.95 ERA. The O's do get to Beckett as the Sox are just 9-5 when he starts vs Baltimore. Sox now with a day back in their normal time zone, should really have some good bat work tonight. runs runs runs.. 4* OVER Red Sox/Orioles

4* UNDER Montreal/Boston 5.0/-109
Going UNDER the total here in Game 7. All about defense as 2 men enter, 1 man leaves. 4*UNDER Montreal/Boston

4* UNDER Lightening/Penguins 5.0/130
Going UNDER the total here. Game 7. Just like the other games. Defense, defense defense. 4* UNDER Lightening/Penguins

4* Under 76ers/Heat 186.0/-110
Going UNDER the total in Miami. If Philly has any shot to extend the series, they must D-up. 5 of the last 7 have gone under in the series. Philly has gone under 9 of their last 10. Heat under 6 of their last 7. 4* UNDER Philly/Miami

4* Under Grizzlies/Spurs 189.0/-108
Going UNDER here in San Antonio. Spurs up against it here. Look for a strong defensive effort as they look to extend the series. SA is a veteran bunch and will get back to basics here. 4* UNDER Grizzlies/Spurs

4* UNDER Nuggets/Thunder 204.5/-110
Going UNDER in Okalahoma City. Another UNDER as Denver's also shot will be to keep this Thunder team under raps. Nuggets can't run with this bunch. Back to the wall. Pressure. Missed shots and defense. 4* UNDER Nuggets/Thunder

Philadelphia -160 over ARIZONA 5 Dimes (Bet 8 to Win 5)
Going right back at Philly...This time with Hamels.

HOUSTON +120 over St. Louis 5 Dimes (Bet 5 to Win 6)
I like the home team dog in Houston with Happ on the mound and Pujols status in question.

(NBA) Memphis +6.5 over SAN ANTONIO 10 Dimes
This may be a trendy pick, but Memphis is healthier, playing with more enthusiasm, is getting more points from the bench, and really looks like the better team.. They may just knock SA out in Texas. I definitely like them with 6.5 in chalk.

LA ANGELS (-160, list Haren & Ross) over Oakland Athletics, 10 dimes
A great day for baseball, and a great pitching matchup for the home team. Dan Haren is currently in the shadow of the phenominal play of Jered Weaver, but Haren deserves some credit himself. This guy has been consistently shutting down the opposition, and he's pitched well against Oakland in his career. Tyson Ross on the other hand has been giving up runs on a regular basis this season. His ERA on the road is well over 6, and that should have the Angels hitter licking their chops since they've finally got the bats going again over the last 2 games. The A's hitting hasn't been impressive against righties so far, and I look for this trend to continue. Roll with the home chalk today.

MIAMI HEAT -10.5 over Philadelphia 76ers, 10 dimes
I don't see any reason to give creedence to Philly's last win over the Heat. Doug Collins is a good coach, and he used the situation and the home crowd to thoroughly motivate his young group to perform. Today however, should be a repeat of the last game played in Miami. The Heat clearly outclass the Sixers, and they have three stars and a great supporting cast who should be angry, motivated, and focused to drill the visitors for a series win tonight. Philly's young cast played with passion last game, but their youth leads me to believe that a huge letdown is in store, especially with Lebron and D-Wade having three days to prepare. I'll lay the wood here.

Memphis Grizzlies +6.5 over SAN ANTONIO SPURS, 10 dimes
Memphis has shown this season that they aren't the type of team that takes the next game off after a big win. They've been covering the number at an amazing rate thus far, and the individual and team matchups are clearly in their favor for this situation. As I said the other day, the Spurs' dynasty is drying up. They still have yet to cover the number this post-season, and I see no reason for them to do it now. Last game was a "Must Win" for Popovich and his squad, and they couldn't get it done. The road team is a smart bet tonight.

You´re welcome CPAW

WUNDERDOG (NBA)
1 OF 3
Game: Memphis at San Antonio (8:35 PM Eastern)
Pick: Game Total OVER 189 -110

At this point it seems nearly inevitable that we will see a number 1 seed fall to a number 8 seed. If we do, it will be just the second time in NBA history that this has happened in a best-of-seven series. Memphis has come out with no fear and has taken a 3-1 lead in the series. Two of the games have gone OVER and two UNDER. This one I see sailing over 189 points. When the series opened in this building ten days ago, the fair total was set at 196 (and that game went OVER). So the same teams, playing in the same building, now face a total with 7 full points shaved off. That's not right. The Spurs are 48-38 OVER in all games on the season and 28-19 OVER following a game that went OVER. They are also 39-19 OVER the past three seasons revenging a loss. Under Gregg Popovich, this team is 94-67 OVER following a double-digit loss. Versus winning teams this season, Memphis is 28-18 OVER.
Take the OVER here.
