VEGAS GREEN NFL TV Steamroller!
09/19 8:25 PM EST NFL (301) KANSAS CITY CHIEFS VS (302) PHILADELPHIA EAGLES
Take: (302) PHILADELPHIA EAGLES

Reason: A clash of styles as Andy Reid returns to Philadelphia.
Philly is all about uptempo under new coach Chip Kelly, while the conservative Chiefs like to slow it down. Kansas City ranks 27th in passing in the NFL, similar to last year, and had just 313 total yards against Dallas at home Sunday, a 17-16 win. The Eagles have been impressive on offense with their no-huddle attack, averaging 301 yards passing (10th) and 176 yards rushing (2nd). They are off a loss to San Diego, 33-30, and what's remarkable is they had the ball for less than 20 minutes but had 422 yards and 30 points! The crowd will be into this one, their second straight home game, so look for a big effort (and win) by the speedy home team. Play the Eagles!

Hey TheSheriff, I think that poster is talking about Kelso's baseball 100*. He does do baseball picks, too. In football, Kelso is really off the mark this season so far. If you look closely, all the plays on that poster's page are MLB picks, so I think he is talking about Kelso's MLB 100*. Don't get bent out of shape for nothing. Take care.

INSIDER ANGLES

NFL Trends & Angles - Week 3

Play against September home favorites coming off an ATS loss (80-53-8, 60.2% ATS) Many times, teams that are favored following an ATS loss are favored more because of reputation than because of performance on the field, and that makes the chalk vulnerable in these situations. Of course there will be situations where these teams bounce back well, but as you can see by the September record, the teams have been overvalued much more often than not. Week 3 is an extremely busy week for this angle as of now.
Qualifier: Kansas City +3 at Philadelphia

Play on the underdog when two Bad Teams face each other in September
(51-25-4, 67.1% ATS)
This has always been one of our favorite angles and it goes back to the theory we just mentioned in the previous trend, that being that bad teams that are suddenly expected to win often crack. Meanwhile, the underdogs often feel disrespected by being underdogs vs. such weak opponents, and they usually use that for inspiration. Qualifier: Kansas City +3
