Hondo

Hondo bounced back from Friday night's double- flusher by breezing with the Twins yesterday, which greatly offset his loss with Brilliant Speed in the Bel mont as the debt plunged to 1,305 garrs.

Today, because the A's are so weak with the lum ber, Mr. Aitch will go with Humber -- 10 units on the Chisox. Also, he will switch dugouts in Minnesota and drop 10 on Harrison and the Rangers.

Can someone explain what his "units" are? WTF is a "garr" or a "sirignano" or all the other crazy sh** this guy says?

My guess is 10 units is a 10x bet, also I'm guessing he can't say he's down $1,305.00 dollars because he writes and posts his picks for a newspaper and I'm willing to bet he's not actually placing these bets. Mighty Quinn does the same thing.

EASY BASEBALL BETTING

NBA
UNDER 187 - Game 5 was the first game in the series to have a CLEAR over. Game 2 could have gone either way depending on what the O/U was when you made a bet. So with that said, we like the under if not just based solely on history. The Mavericks figured out it was in their best interest to push the ball and run up the score in an attempt to win. The Heat are going to be the team to control the tempo since they are the home team. And in the Heat's wins this series, the average total score is 175. So if they want to win, it is in their best interest to have a lower scoring game. After giving up more than 100 points in Game 5, their top priority will be to beef up their defense not necessarily beef up their scoring.

He went 3-1 yesterday for +6.1 units in his expertise, NCAA baseball. 18-10 on the season. Today he has four plays, of which he gave out two for free:

*1* Texas A&M (+175)
*2** California (-170)

If anybody gets his paid plays please post, as he is really good at NCAA baseball.

Well, I am sure the "Garr" refers to Ralph Garr, a very good outfielder who played for Atlanta probably before your time(not before mine)-many of his designations deal with players or terms from the past.
