Alabama vs Mississippi St
I like this spot for Miss St. on Saturday Night. They are coming off a BYE week and have had two weeks to prepare for Nick Saban's club & this is a Night Game and the Bulldogs biggest game of the year, and both the team and crowd will be very motivated for this game. Bama is a very good team, no doubt about it, however this Miss St. played several very quality teams tight. They are coming off a Win at Kentucky by 7 in their last game 2 weeks ago, and they had a 5 pt loss AT Auburn, a 7 pt loss to Houston, a 4 pt loss to LSU, and they stayed within 10 pts of Florida, who I think is a better team then Bama is. I think we have a reall solid spot here with Miss St. to get the cover with almost two TD's. Grab the pts with Miss. St.

Utah at TCU
Pick: TCU -19.5
This game would appear to be TCU's last hurdle on their way to a perfect season, BCS bowl game, and perhaps a shot at the BCS Championship. At first glance, this line looks way too high considering it's Utah on the other side. But this isn't the same Utah squad we've grown accustomed to seeing. The Utes start a freshman QB in Jordan Wynn. I just don't think Wynn is capable of handling a defense as tough as TCU's, especially on the road. And I'm sure the Horned Frogs remember that 14-10 loss at Utah last season. That loss prevented TCU from winning the Mountain West and perhaps playing in a BCS bowl. TCU actually dominated that game, out-gaining Utah 415-275. That sets the stage for today, where TCU's seniors will be getting their very last chance to finally get a win over Utah. I expect TCU to take full advantage of the talent gap and roll to a big win tonight. No let up in this one. Lay the wood with TCU
