If you have personally bought B. Lang plays and know for a fact this is his record then great. But if you are going by what his site says then be careful. There is a reputable poster on another forum who claims to have worked for the Lang/Demarco group at one point and insists that they fabricate their records. He also maintains that Mancini, Redd, and a slew of others on the site aren't even real people. I'm not trying to bash them, just a friendly warning.
