I honestly think that when they get TOO hot, they need to back off and lob out some losers. Members stay for a long time, waiting for another hot streak. After awhile, they go back to trying to win.

That's ridiculous. The scam services don't care one way or another, and they don't usually win regardless. Most other services can't win either. Some guys do well over time, but no handicapper is good enough to lose on purpose and control his streaks. Trust me!
