Great work in compiling the list of hot and cold services.
It should be noted that "hopping on and off the bus" with these folks is easier said than done; from my own personal experiences based on over 30 years with playing and monitoring services is that I can honestly say usually one of the worst things one can do is to jump off a very cold service to one which has been hot.
Usually but not always what happens when you do this is that the cold service gets hot and the hot service goes cold meaning you lose even more
Many times when a service has been hot and goes cold, it doesn't do it gradually with a 2-3 night' more likely it will be a 1-4 or 0-5 night.
What I said is just a guide and I am not trying to scare anyone.
The key thing to remember is that winning with 99%+ of the services involves some luck as all of them have hot and cold streaks-as stated/hinted at in first sentence, timing is critical-practically all servcieswhich give out multiple picks 365 days will LOSE you money over time and even more so if you factor in the cost.
