I received my payout from Royal Sports today. Your help is much appreciated General. I have a reasonable balance still there. I hope to have enough there by the end of the month to request another payout in July. It's none of my business but why would you wait until July to withdraw. Why not teach them a lesson and close the account? Just pay the extra fee for withdrawal and move someplace else.
Many businesses never respond to customer complaints until it costs them money or puts their reputation in danger. It seem that Royal has done this (slow pay) in the past and continues to do this because the damages done are minimal. If people started to pull out and stop playing they I BET the slow pays would decrease or stop all together.

Swami - Thanks for reiterating your point of view. I think I was still in shock from getting paid in only 3 days this time. The more I think about it, the more I agree with you. I think I will request another payout on Monday morning. I will post all the details and outcome in this thread. Thanks for helping me make my mind up Swami. You are right. I need to get it while I can.
I've gone 4 weeks now myself. I had tried to withdraw $2500 via Neteller and the CSR said I could only withdraw my initial deposit by Neteller (which I had already done). I said fine, then, I want to withdraw all my money. (I have played zillions more than their turnover requirement.) She said it would be a CC with a $40 fee for Fedex. I said okay and have been getting the runaround ever since. I haven't even been able to talk to Kenneth. He's not here, he's in a meeting, blah, blah, blah.
