What are they having a meeting about?

Do you think they hold meetings everytime a player loses thousands?

Atleast that's what they should do, hire me or anyone else here at the RX to set their lines for them. They must get a lot of nitwitts taking the -200 favorite everytime, I'm just not one of those players.

They probably also have meetings the day before every payday. Can you imagine working there? If they delay player cashouts think about how long it takes the employees to get paid.

if the Shrink validates your claim of no pay I'll go on the toll free scorephone and blast them. This will result in them getting crushed with withdrawl requests. How much money are we talking about here?

Believe me, nothing hurts a book worse than when I do that.

Update: I just got off the phone with Kenneth and he promised me "100% gurantee you we will have your tracking number on Monday." This was the same guarantee I got from Kenneth on Monday and at that time he said "100% you will have your tracking number on Wednesday"-which was yesterday. I asked Kenneth about that and why it takes them so long to get money out and told him they should get a different bank. He said they are looking to get more banks and said "I will be the happiest person when we get you your tracking number on Monday."
These Royal guys are nice and seem to try hard but are in a messed up environment with their banks and payout timeliness. They look for to many excuses which results in a long stall.
So now for the check I requested on Thursday, April 29th I should receive a tracking number for it on Monday, May 31st. Will I be hearing the "It's Memorial Day" excuse then. Only time will tell. I will keep you all updated.

shack - these guys are waiting for post-up money to pay you...then they'll stall the new winners....that's the cycle they use apparently. pretty pathetic imo.

I was told just now by a source who is usually about 80% right that Royal was stiffed a lot of money by some bogus Western Union setup in Curacao. Maybe they are trying to play catchup. This source says Royal will make it right.

Johnny-you and I both know if they have a reasonable excuse it would be best to use it. Don't stall and say next week when it's going to be a month. Your source should give them a class in ethics and honesty. Thanks for you input, it's much appreciated.

It's now Friday and Royal is starting week # 5 with no tracking number still. I hope I have the check in hand before week #6 starts.

Next update won't be until I call for my tracking number on Monday. I did lose $1150 on the Twolves 1st qtr yesterday, so things are looking UP for Royal.

Update:430pm Kenneth says call back in 15-20 minutes for an update. 5:00 pm Kenneth says call back in an hour for update on them getting me the tracking number. 6:05pm Kenneth has clerk tell me he is on phone trying to get tracking number and to call back in 10-15 minutes. Oh boy, where does this merrygoround stop.

I can only see one reason they slow pay......they are low on funds!

After calling about 6x today and they still weren't able to provide a tracking number for the check. They blamed it on the bank not getting the check to them yet.
Then I was offered 9k via neteller today if I would cancel the check request. I agreed. I was paid 9k via neteller tonight. I will be requesting a check or neteller tomorrow for more of my balance. It took close to five weeks to be told I would have a tracking number about 20x and then they paid me via neteller. Unbelievable.
Thankfully they did the neteller free. It would seem it would be a lot less expensive to send a check or a bank wire, but Royal's bank is so damn slow and sorry there is no telling how long it would take. Serious payout slowness at Royal.
Tomorrow I will request another payout and will keep this post going with updates. Maybe one day Royal will get their act together again.
