Update: I just got off the phone with Kenneth and he promised me "100% gurantee you we will have your tracking number on Monday." This was the same guarantee I got from Kenneth on Monday and at that time he said "100% you will have your tracking number on Wednesday"-which was yesterday. I asked Kenneth about that and why it takes them so long to get money out and told him they should get a different bank. He said they are looking to get more banks and said "I will be the happiest person when we get you your tracking number on Monday."
These Royal guys are nice and seem to try hard but are in a messed up environment with their banks and payout timeliness. They look for to many excuses which results in a long stall.
So now for the check I requested on Thursday, April 29th I should receive a tracking number for it on Monday, May 31st. Will I be hearing the "It's Memorial Day" excuse then. Only time will tell. I will keep you all updated.
