obviously at least a year of slow pay...thats how long royal has been jerking people around. i would like to hear from royal in fact...

Great post Darryl. I agree 100%. I e-mailed the guy General said for me to about 2 hours ago. No response yet. I'll let you all know. Maybe they will come to Vegas this year and address all their no/slow pay issues.

i have been slow paid by them over the last 2 months.last month got a few excuses but money was sent to my neteller account.reqested 3,000 on may 17 they said they would send it out but it would take up to 7 business days-received 3,000 in 1 week faster then expected so they are paying---but slow pay is not what we players want to hear

htudor-glad to hear you got paid.

My update: I heard back from Tim via e-amil and just spoke with him on the phone. He was off yesterday and Kenneth is off today, but Tim is going to see what the holdup is and asked me to call him back in 4 hours. I'll be posting then.

Hopefully the General can take care of you the way he helped me a few months ago. I agree with Darryl and to take it a step further it makes you question the other preferred books when they are placed along side a book that is clearly now a slow pay and have been for some time. I haven't kept up with the boards much lately so I'm not sure if there have been any no pays which might help ease your mind a little. This was a great book at one time and with the soft numbers they put out at times it's hard to resist but I personally won't be back while they are continually playing these games with players monies.

I just spoke with Tim at Royal and he said the CFO-Marco wants to talk to me and for me to call back in at 5pm. I'll let you guys know. The runaround is making me tired.

See if you can or ask to speak to Scott. He is the one that finally got it done for me. I went through the same exact, talk to the next person game several times. The Buck stopped with him. Man, I feel for you...Best Wishes...OF

No offense taken, but this is not a duty that I have a say in. I can recommend anything in regards to advertisers, but that doesn't mean anything I request will happen.

They are still in a meeting. Marco, Kenneth, etc. Said to be a regular meeting. Said they always look at accounts before payouts. Well it shouldn't take a month to pay me. I'll post after my next call in 30 minutes.

Thanks Shawn. They must have new management over there or something. They used to pay well, now it takes a month plus.
I'm on hold at Royal as I type. Tim says they are still in a meeting and for me to call back. I asked just to wait on hold this time.

The line went dead, so I called back. They are still in the meeting. I asked the clerk to take some coffee into the meeting and give the phone to Marco and she said she would get fired. That's not too nice. Still on hold.
